"Chad was great. Responded immediately to my request for a quote. He came when he was scheduled and got right to work. We had to rehang existing gutters that were removed when the roof was replaced. Would completely recommend Chad. I dont know if hes the owner, but a super nice and efficient worker! Thank you"

"A young guy came out and looked at my roof. He was only up there a short time. He came down and informed me that I need a new roof. He also informed that he sealed areas that needed it. I found it odd that he would not make eye contact with me. I had another company come out the same day. They said I do not need a new roof and no one had sealed anything on my roof. The roof is only 3 years old and the 2nd company that came out said this is completey repairable."
"Absolutely fantastic! Cody is dependable, conscientious, snd stays on top of the job. We couldn’t be happier with his work. In fact. we are hiring his company to do additional repairs for us. We highly recommend Frontline Consultants."
"Butch and his office staff are very friendly but I was disappointed with the quality of the work. This was a very small job, maybe 8-12 tiles slipping down the roof leaving gaps in coverage and 2-3 missing tiles that needed to be replaced. The job took three visits to complete. After the first visit I complained that there were still a couple tiles out of place leaving gaps in the roof coverage and there was still a missing tile that had not been replaced. On the second visit they replaced the missing tile with a spare tile I left for them but did not fix the gaps from the tiles that were still out of place.
On the third visit I was home and talked with Butch. Butch indicated that the tiles were just placed on the roof and were not fastened down so they would probably slip down again in another 2-3 years. For $500 I was expecting a more permanent solution than just kicking the tiles back into place! To Butch's credit he got some caulking and secured the tiles on the third visit."
Gilbert Armada Roofing was my 3rd estimate. I wasn't home the day he came for inspection but my brother-in-law was there to meet him and was very impressed with Mr. Armada's manner, his professional inspection and also impressed that Mr. Armada found things and pointed out items that the other two inspectors did not (or they overlooked). Once I made my decision the repairs and services were performed according to my schedule, on time, no delays, no rescheduling and best of all, NO MESS left behind. Prices for the job were very competitive. I hired Gilbert Armada Roofing based more on a feeling of trust in a stranger than price and I wasn't disappointed. I will be contacting Gilbert Armada Roofing to continue maintaining my roof in the future.
"The provider put in new toilet seats, fixed a sticky bathroom door (shaved it), caulked the garage and bathroom, minor repairs on the front door. He was efficient and a very nice person. Would definitely use again. "
"Jeff, the person who did the work was on-time, personable and very professional. He found the leak quickly and patched it, and replaced the flashing as well. This was a Big Deal coupon and my expectations were exceeded by Jeff's thorough approach to the repair. I would (will) hire them again, and would not hesitate to recommend them."
Gutter Repair and Replacement questions, answered by experts
Gutters should not drip at the seams. This problem could indicate that water is collecting in the gutters instead of moving to the downspouts. You could have leaves or other debris blocking the flow of water at the seams. Try cleaning the gutters, adjusting the slope, and sealing any holes or cracks in the material to fix this problem.
If you are experiencing minor issues with your gutters, such as a small leak or cracks in one or two sections, it makes more sense to repair the issue than to replace your entire gutter system. However, you may need to replace your gutters if they’re frequently detaching from your home or if you notice a buildup of mold or mildew in your basement.
Yes. Excessive pitch in gutters can cause water to flow too rapidly, leading to a decrease in the gutter's water-holding capacity; consequently, during heavy rainstorms, water may awkwardly splash outside the gutters. Ideally, you should aim for a quarter-inch of gutter slope for every 10 feet of gutter run. However, it's important to note that this guideline may vary depending on your home's structure and the type of gutters being installed.
With routine maintenance, gutters don’t usually need to be replaced for 20 years, but there are warning signs that they might need early replacement. Signs that your gutters need to be replaced include sagging, visible cracks or holes, peeling paint, rust, standing water in your gutter, and water leaking into your basement. Pushing off replacing your gutters can lead to extensive damage to both the interior and exterior of your home. Regular maintenance can help your gutters last all 20 years — and sometimes, even longer.
Sagging gutters stress your downspout, so have your gutters fixed before you secure your downspout.
