Good, Simon also referred me to a landscape irrigation contractor to replace control valves.

After 10 pm on a Sunday evening I flush my toilet and it isn't going down. I plunge and notice brown water coming up in the shower stall and water is pouring out under toilet. I had used Simon before for a leak which he had handled and fixed for me quickly and fairly. He told me to call him if I had any other issues no matter the time or day and he would charge me fairly. I texted him and he immediately called me back and was at my residence within 20 min. We have no clean out drain so had to snake it from roof. Took him roughly 40 min and didn't charge me for evening or weekend. He is a reliable, intelligent, professional who will work on your house like you were his family and charge you like you were too. I have been blessed to find such a guy. Compare shop and you will see. Highly recommend. A+++++

He did it, responded rapidly, and followed through rapidly. Simon was the only plumber who actually responded, and he did so within an hour. He showed up within another hour, on a Sunday evening. He was very professional, explained what he saw as the problem, and fixed it. He put a snake through the blocked area and we have no sewage backing up into our baths!

Redid plumbing in shower / bath combo and plumbing and drain in walkin shower. New valves included in both. Quality work and done in timely manner.

Simon did an excellent job clearing a difficult clog that impacted all drains in the home. I called him after another plumber failed to fix the issue. Simon arrived promptly, explained the issue and how he planned to fix it. After he finished clearing the drains he tested repeatedly to ensure the problem was resolved. He followed up after the service call to make sure we didn't have any further problems. I recommend him highly. Outstanding customer service!

Simon is not only fair but tenacious. I had two difficult blockages: One in the main sewer line and one inside that three shared sinks use. He had to snake the main line 8 times and the sinks more than three. Nevertheless, he stuck to his quote. He looked at me in the middle of the job and said, "It's now about the challenge." Great guy. Prompt, straight forward and personable. He is the first one I'd call.

Do you feel like you are in over your head and don't know what's fair or equitable with this plumbing stuff? If you want a personal plumber that's honest and great to work with - this is your guy! If appropriate, he gives you multiple solutions to the problem. His pricing is very fair compared to others. Excellent communicator - job done on time according to what he bid. From now on - I will call Simon for all my plumbing problems. I feel fortunate to have found him.

Simon was very quick to respond and ready to come out right away; he works weekends too which is great! He was professional and upfront with the costs before making any repairs. He explained the problem and what was needed to repair the leaking and valve problems. Very thorough and did great work, he also wore foot covers in the house which was appreciated! Fantastic! Oh my gosh how I wish we'd known Simon for the entire 8 years we've lived here. We had a valve leak in our laundry room wall the day before home inspectors were coming. I called so many places before I reached Simon. The other companies were unavailable, insisted on sending someone out to do a bid first, or were ridiculously expensive. Simon answered my call personally, let me send him a picture, responded immediately to my texts, and although he was working elsewhere for the day, promised he'd come between 5 and 6 pm.. Simon arrived at 4:30 pm (after calling to say he was on his way), did the job promptly, and charged $200 less than the next lowest bid. Simon did exactly what he told me he'd need to do, was fast, clean, and courteous. He even replaced the drywall he cut and caulked it so I could paint it before the inspectors came. I am so grateful to him. He told me he personally answers his phone 24/7 so take note! Simon is the best plumber we've had in Phoenix by far! I even gave his card to the home inspector!! What a gracious guy.

Simon was punctual, professional and kept the wall openings minimal for the pipe work. He was the only person that completely got up into the attic to see what the job entailed for his estimate. I would hire him again for any plumbing work.

Simon’s Plumbing provided some of the best service I have ever experienced for home repair. Responsive, honest, courteous, clean and professional. We had a very difficult rusted in kitchen faucet that took much longer than was originally expected. Repair was completed and rate was still incredibly reasonable. I rarely provide reviews after service, but if you choose Simon’s plumbing you will feel compelled to leave a review because they earn every word, hands down.

Simon was very responsive and came a few hours after I called him (6pm at night). He was able to unclog the sewer line in the kitchen with the snake, and was super friendly and professional through the process (this was my first timing hiring a plumber and I will definitely be using him again in the future!)

This is the second time Simon has done pluming work in our house. He is competent, reliable, and fair. We will use Simon for any future plumbing needs in our house.
