"What we appreciated most about ON THE SPOT was that when Austin, the owner, came out the first time, after he personally checked the roof he gave us a full report. He even offered to replace two skylights free of charge, which were in bad shape (but we didn't know that). We had another company come out for a 2nd estimate. One large white man stayed on the ground in his truck but sent the Spanish worker up on the roof. When he came down all he did was give the measurements of the roof. No other information about the condition or broken skylight or cracks around the AC. By the way, they gave a cheaper quote but it turned out they were only going to put down a plastic coat and no foam. That's why we chose ON THE SPOT. What's more Austin, the Boss, returned all phone calls promptly in person, unheard of today. The company did the work in record time and cleaned up nicely. We are very happy as the foam roof will make our AC 30%-40% more efficient. Only one thing confused us. Because we chose from Home Advisor website we read we were getting a 15% discount. We did not.
