    actually, flawless...do date, no issues with the dryer. I did not like that I had to buy a new plug and hose and not use the ones from the old dryer, but it seems to be standard practice. They coordinate delivery with the tenant and it was pretty painless for me.

    My experience was very interesting. Their store is sectionalized. So they have a section that has dozens. and dozens, and dozens of refrigerators. That's their section. So we went there and we spent 15 or 20 minutes just walking around that section ourselves looking at all of the refrigerators. Then finally we said you know, for our needs this one seems to be the best model for the best price. Let's get this one. Great. So now that we have finally picked it out, now we are looking for a sales person and there's no one around. So we had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes. Finally I went to another section and I said can you page a sales person for me. At that point we were very annoyed, but the lady paged a sales person. Then in about 5 minutes the salesperson got there and then he was marvelous. Then everything was great from that point on. We had to wait quite a while before we got service. Once we got service it was fabulous. I liked most about the salesperson that he was knowledgeable, helpful, what else can I say. The appliance was available. The delivery and installation was excellent. They delivered it and installed it the next day, which was wonderful. They were quick and efficient. They didn't charge anything. It was very well done. When you get something like that, nothing is as simple as you think it would be. Most refrigerators now and day, better quality refrigerators, have ice makers. So you have to connect the water line so that it can make ice. Well wouldn't you know it, we wanted out refrigerator in the spot where there wasn't a water line. So they had to go to where the water line was and then run a line extension to where we wanted the refrigerator. Which they did free of charge. No complaints. No problems. They just did it quickly, efficiently, pleasantly, they were done, the refrigerator is fabulous, we were delighted with everything. The only problem was initially waiting on a sales person, which that's not a big deal. The store is air conditioned. The price was good. We know that for a fact, because we shopped around online and the price was excellent. We were so pleased, we had our flooring done with another company, we were that company fans. This was such a nice and pleasant experience, I think the other company lost a customer. Now we are fans of Lowe's.

    Everything was great. Sears is a good company, and provide good customer service. They are knowledgeable and willing to answer your questions. They know what they are talking about, and can offer suggestions and advice. They do not engage in any kind of high-pressure sales, and they will leave you alone if you just want to browse. They give you a very excellent price, and they match any other company's prices, which is wonderful. They are also able to deliver and hook up the appliances for free, although I am going to have Neely Electric hook up the electrical and Apple plumbing install the plumbing. I was very happy with Sears.

    MICHAEL WAS INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL THE COOKTOP PRODUCTS. HE TOOK TIME TO SHOW ME EACH PRODUCT AND DISCUSS THE BENEFITS AND DRAWBACKS. HE RECOMMENDED THAT I VISIT A LOCAL INTERWEST DISTRIBUTING TO SEE A PROFESSIONAL DEMONSTRATION OF THE PRODUCT THAT I LIKED. ORDERING WAS FAST, EASY and ON TIME. THE 3RD PARTY WHO DID THE INSTALLATION WAS A PERFECTIONIST WHO ENLARGED MY GRANITE COUNTER TOP FROM 30'' TO 36'' TO ACCOMMODATE THE COOKTOP. THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS AMAZINGLY SIMPLE. THIS IS THE WAY RETAIL SALES AND CONSUMER SERVICE SHOULD BE PERFORMED!

    After looking online for a dishwasher, we decided to purchase a Bosch (the one that's highly rated by Consumer Reports). Found one at Chandler Lowe's. Salesperson was very friendly and helpful. He found free install rebate for me (which I did not know existed), plus the unit was on sale. Lowe's contracted the install to a 3rd party, whose service rep was prompt, courteous, and performed the flawless install. We are happy campers. Now we are looking at a new fridge, and will be going back to Lowe's for more comparison shopping / pricing.

    We needed a washing machine quickly. I went to Spencer's, found the machine I liked, and wanted to buy. The salesman noted the item had been incorrectly priced lower than it should have been, but he honored the lower price without any reservation. The delivery and set up was fast and easy, courteous and helpful! We will go back to them for a refrigerator as well.

    Went into store to look at dishwashers. I wanted a quiet model, which is difficult to judge in stores not having operating models. Brian asked me what I was looking for in a dishwasher. I told him I wanted a quiet unit with good cleaning capability. He directed me to two particular models, turned both of them on for my information. The delivery person the next day did not have a long enough hose to install the washer that day. It was properly installed by an outside contract installer the following day. Everybody involved in transaction was exceptionally professional. I did have the inconvenience of having cabinet contents setting out on countertop an additional 24 hours while waiting for installer with proper installing materials.

    WE PURCHASED A REFRIGERATOR A YEAR AGO FROM JOHN ENKE AT THE GREAT INDOORS AND HAD TROUBLE WITH THE FINISH ON THE EXTERIOR STAINLESS STEEL DOORS. I VISITED THE STORE APPROXIMATELY 5 MONTHS AFTER OUR INITIAL PURCHASE AND SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER, BOB BUFALINI ABOUT MY PROBLEMS WITH THE REFRIGERATOR. HE SUGGESTED THAT I USE MY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM, AS HE THOUGHT IT WAS A COVERED ISSUE. AS IT TURNED OUT, THE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT DIDN'T COVER THE PROBLEM. I REVISITED MR. BUFALINI AT THE STORE. HE IMMEDIATELY AND ENTHUSIASTICALLY TOOK CARE OF US BY ALLOWING US TO CHOSE A DIFFERENT REFRIGERATOR AND EXCHANGED IT FOR THE REFRIGERATOR WE PURCHASED ALMOST A YEAR PRIOR. IT'S SO NICE TO DO BUSINESS WITH SOMEONE WHO LOOKS FOR WAYS TO ACCOMMODATE THEIR CUSTOMERS RATHER THAN LOOK FOR WAYS TO NOT TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. THE GREAT INDOORS, JOHN ENKE AND BOB BUFALINI WERE A JOY TO WORK WITH!
