Power has been THE WORST experience I have ever had with anyone doing work on my home. We paid over $35,000 for all new windows and doors and have been in a nightmare with these guys since June. Work crew showed up and for two days just made a terrible mess. Windows were so poorly done that we had to have 6 of them reinstalled. We ordered a huge new slider and they brought that out and left it partially installed. No hardware, not even trimmed out. They told me they could get back to my house on 9/17. You can see daylight through the slider frame. Its 110. You get the idea. They give ZERO cares...none. I have been begging and nothing! DO NOT use these guys. Contact Pella direct. Not these scammers...BEWARE!!!!!!!!

My experience with Power Remodeling has been a long and drawn out nightmare. I replaced all of my windows on April 4, 2025 and finally, on July 31, 2025 the final correct piece of window molding was completed. I have waited this long to write my review since I wanted to make sure that there were no further issues. Long story very short here: some of my window trims were mis-measured 3 times! The 4th Power employee who came to fix the molding/trim for the 3rd time, realized the pieces had continually been measured and ordered incorrectly. I have also always complained about the amount of excessive caulking they used around many of my windows. It seems like they were filling in large gaps- wide enough for my thumb to lay in them. I spoke to many polite people in the Tempe office who always assured me that any problems would be fixed. But visit after visit things were not resolved. I finally emailed corporate with my complaints. The first email they forwarded back to the Tempe office and had someone from that office call me. That was not what I requested.That gentleman had just been to my home and did not fix the issue. I was so angry and fed up with the entire situation that I requested Corporate intervention AGAIN. So I emailed corporate a second time strongly requesting someone contact me to discuss compensation for the delays, mistakes, bad installation etc. They never responded to my 2nd email. For a company who claims they have great customer service and satisfaction, to totally ignore my reaching out was the last straw. I highly suggest you think very hard about any decision to use this company. And remember that their corporate office blows you off. A horrible experience for an outrageous amount of money. I expected much better. The BBB rating is definitely very misleading. There is so much more I have to say but I am done with this company. Tread wisely.

The quality and qa-qc were excellent. A few windows were broken prior to installation, but the team was excellent in rescheduling those to be built and installed for a few weeks from now. Overall job looks excellent.

Power replaced our windows. They were extremely professional, no nonsense people. A breath of fresh air from the beat you over the head sales staff. Zachs team was absolutely amazing! They were on time, professional and knowledgeable. I had 5 windows being replaced and there were a couple of large furniture pieces that I could not move alone. they jumped right in and handled it! When they vacuumed the newly installed windows,he even vacuumed under the furniture that had been moved! customer Service at its finest. I will definitely comeback to Power Home Remodeling when I am ready to do doors.

This process was easy from start to finish. The crew did an amazing job at removing the old windows and doors and putting the new ones in. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves so good you could hardly tell they’d been here. Thank you Power Home Remodeling for an awesome experience! Well, I hate it has come to this. So many problems after the sales process. And, the company can take recourse as it sees fit. I was very happy with Power up until the installation date. The Window was 11am to 1pm, at 12:30pm i called to confirm they would make it in time. I work from home and so I wamted to be available for arrival. The dispatcher stated 5 minutes away. Well, the trailer broke down but no one told me. After 2 hours, no one showed. So, i proacticely called, 1.5 hours after latest arrival. Guess what, they were just about to call me, or so they say. We reschedule for the next day and guess what the crew did amazing. But, Power didnt get all my windows back from the other crew. So, come Monday the had to come back out again! Another issue, the salesperson who no longer works for the company told me that the windows could be looked out of but not into..... So, that turned out to be not true. They released this salesperson for overselling. Good thing they right sized me from 25k to 18k. I called the same day they were installing and spoke to Zack. He stated he would see what he could do as I wanted my windows to be tinted. No callback, I call Monday and same story. But here comes the best part, the QA guy wants to make it right. But, the company didn't make enough money off my project and they don't offer tint....... Why didn't anyone tell me that? They can make it right by reducing my price to pay for the tint, but that would be doing the right thing. Instead, he offers me a door at cost (5k) or says hey well you signed the contract and we are a big enough company that your review will be absorbed. Can't make it up! Please cancel within your 3 day window! Stay away! Far away!

The team worked hard and was polite and paid attention to detail. I was pleased with their work and clean up!! The latches on the sliding windows are so high I couldn't get out if needed. I am disappointed that my security doors have to be replaced not put back in place . This was something I didn't know. This should have been addressed. I feel unsecured without them and have to hire someone to replace them after the cost already paid! HELP!

Power Home Improvement did a great job with my sidings and gutters. It looks amazing and we’re getting a lot of compliments about how it looks. They arrived early in the morning and diligently worked into the early evening, only taking a lunch break. They cleaned up every night after the day, which was much appreciated. They covered all bushes and plants which was good, however, after the project it left our plants flattened. The Project Manager (PM) made the damages right by compensating us for the damages. Towards the end, the installers tried to take a few short cuts but relented when we stood our ground to correct the issues we noted. The PM was outstanding with his oversight and keeping us informed. Overall, we’re satisfied with the outcome.

ADA Beware/NO Customer Service Doors installed incorrectly, still not right and no one calls back. We had windows installed back in early December 2023, and mistakenly decided to do doors. While discussing the door specifics I was explaining I had had just finally decided on a ramp for our front doorway because I use a walker and wanted to understand how the changes in door would impact that. No problem the salesperson said we can get the ADA sill system vs regular. Because I wanted to make sure I was getting what I expected we went out to the Endra website so I can make sure it was right. I noticed looking in the project portal there was no mention of the ADA piece so I called before we even go to install to confirm the ADA piece was there, yes no problem. Of course when doors were installed first week of January no ADA sill. Now granted I was calling it a threshold which I now know is wrong now but someone should have known what I was talking about. Now it is July and I still have to call constantly to check on whatever they have now decided to do to resolve the fact that they never ordered the right Ada’s sill system. I am sick of calling and I am sick of losing things in the doorway because of the stupid diving board I have to go off of every time I go in and out the door with the walker. Why are we still dealing with this and why is power not calling me instead of me calling then. I asked if it would be easier to just order myself should have just done it at least then I would have it in a week. How much longer do I have to suffer and wait?
