the home is well constructed. we have had a few issues which were dealt with promptly and taken seriously. Only outstanding issues are island countertop finish and electric bill which has been running higher than they had said it would. They are continuing to work it. Sales and post sales support have all been excellent.

They are excellent. We built it long distance, we live out of state. Communication with them was great, they sent photo updates to us. They are easy to work with. They were right on schedule. It was very timely, and effortless on the home buyer end of things for us. After closing any repairs must be completed within 5 days per Meritage policy, which was very timely.
