Highly recommend Cristina. Got the job done fast and proficiently. She also was super personable and didn’t make it feel like someone was just “working” in my home. 10 stars

EXCELLENT company to work with. Our technician was Cristina C who was nothing short of exceptional. She resolved the 3 issues we had with our appliances and all are working perfectly. She is knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. Everything she accomplished she explained in great detail so we understood the problems she encountered. Thanks!!

Christina repaired our refrigerator. She is the most professional repair person I have ever encountered! Clear, concise explanation of what the problem was and how to fix it. Based on our refrigerator make and model, she knew what was wrong before the doors were completely opened! She gave us two prices, depending on parts that might be able to be reused. Of course, I expected the higher price like most repair companies would charge, but she was able to complete the repair at the lower cost quoted and saved us over $100. I will never use anyone else for appliance repair. I have a disposal making funny noises so I will be calling her shortly! Five plus stars!

Christina did an excellent job, was very informative as she diagnosed the problem and went out of her way to squeeze us into the schedule in amidst ordering the part and going to get it. I highly recommend them because now my APPLIANCE WORKS!

I'm so glad I found this company on my NextDoor app! A few neighbors had recommended this company and so I thought I would give them a shot. I have had several issues with my GE Profile refrigerator and had received bad service in the past so I was a little hesitant to try someone that was not a GE Certified repair center but since the GE Certified repair center did not have any openings till the Friday before Memorial Day I figured I would call these guys to see if they had anything sooner. Sure enough they were able to see me the same day, which was Tuesday when I called. The technician's name was Christine and she was very knowledgeable and listened to me when I went thru the issues I had been having with my fridge. She was nice and empathetic and explained to me what my fridge was needing and how long it would be to get the part. The nice thing is that she would have the part expedited and be back on Thursday to install it. True to her word she came back Thursday afternoon! The issue was my compressor had gotten clogged up and had to be replaced. She also did a deep cleaning so that I wouldn't need to clean it for another year! The other nice thing is that the service call fee went toward the repair so that gave me a bit of a discount off the full service! Now I know who to call if I ever have issues with my fridge!!

The Service Tech (Tyan T) said that the problem with the ice-maker was a well documented problem with Samsung refrigerators. He said there was a class action lawsuit against Samsung for the faulty design. He told me how to go about getting Samsung to pay for the repair. I followed his instructions and Samsung is coming out next week to do the fix at no cost. I appreciate Tyan being honest with me. We also had a leak in the dishwasher. Thought it was the door seal. He diagnosed the problem and found the problem was something different and there was no cost in parts to do the repair. Very honest technician. I appreciate that and will definitely use this company again. Would want the same technician.

Very, very well. Came out and had a difficult job with frost buildup in the refrigerator section, stayed on the job until he got the frig running again until he could order the parts necessary for final repair. The frig hasn't ran this quietly since it was brand new. The young man would be welcome back in my home anytime I need appliance repairs.

Wow, this company is terrible. I had an appointment set up for three days, and then Jenifer called me back 2 hour's before the appointment and said the tech did not fill comfortable working on my appliance. What does that even mean? What a wonderful business model, i hope the owner appreciate turning away commercial accounts.
Response from Appliance Works Phoenix Appliance Repair
"I do believe context will help explain a lot of how the situation came about. The appointment was booked in our office on Tuesday September 4, for Thursday September 6, 2 days later from 1-3 pm. When our technician was inspecting his calls for the day on Thursday morning, he did remember the location of this call. The washer is located outside on a commercial site for a porta potty rental company. Our technician had been out just over a year ago and knew the surrounding of where the washer was. He was not comfortable, due to sanitary reasons, to look at the washer. Once being told of the situation, I instructed the office to let the customer know as soon as possible that we could not look at the washer any longer. If at any time my technicians relay that they do not want to do a job for health or safety reasons I will never force them to do the job. The safety and well being of my technicians are paramount and I will not compromise on that. It is unfortunate and frustrating I know that we were only able to tell [Member Name Removed] on Thursday morning the situation. But we honestly did call out of courtesy and being upfront about the situation as soon as we could. We could have just not shown up or even come to the property and then charged a service call stating the unsanitary nature, but that is not how we operate. I did call [Member Name Removed] personally and try to explain the situation more fully and apologize about the situation. All we did was try and respectful decline going out without going into the very specific details, as it is not very comfortable talking about human waste. But as with all feedback, I will use it to better my company, and will put policies in place to mitigate any issues going forward in regard to residential appliances on commercial properties. Thank you for your time."

They were very accommodating with my time, after I scheduled the repair I realized I had an appointment later in the afternoon. I called back and asked if they could try to schedule the appt. at the top of the 3 hour window they give you and I was assured that they would try. My appt. was scheduled between 12:00 and 3:00 and Scott arrived around 1:00. Once I started to describe the issue with my (only 4 year old) GE washer, he was fairly certain what the problem was, but said he'd take a look to be sure. He was thorough, in the end telling me that unfortunately the repair would cost more than a new machine. We discussed the type of machine, the reason for the failure and I felt that he was being honest. I ended up paying for the service call only.

Ty was our technician. He was great! He was prompt and called to give me a 20 minute warning. He diagnosed the problem, explained the fix, and gave us the pricing. One part had to be ordered and he did that and set up the installation for the following day. I would definitely use this company again and would request this particular technician.

Scott arrived on time and looked at the refrigerator/freezer to see why the freezer was way too warm. He ended up calling GE & working with someone there to pinpoint the problem. He added freon and suggested I keep checking the temperature on the freezer, which went down as soon at the freon was added. Scott was professional, knowledgeable, intelligent, extremely pleasant & anxious to fix the problem. The person who answers the phone at Appliance Works was also extremely pleasant and anxious to help. It's a family owned business and you can tell right away . I was extremely lucky to have stumbled on this company and I will call on them any time I have a problem with a large appliance. This is a company you can trust and rely on. AAA++++++
