"We apologize for the inconvenience we hadn't even came out to this home at all discussed what the potential problem would be over the phone ordered the part so that we could come out and take care of it so that we could do job on first visit customer wanted exact set times in the afternoon which is very hard for us to keep a specific time because of jobs taking longer or drive times taking longer than necessary customer called us because we were running late on first visit one hour after set time she was going to be next in line and we are sorry we did not call like we should have next call was set up on another day that time customer called us at time of schedule and we we're running late that day as well customer said that she could not do business with us and we understand we were asking her on the second time to give us a little more leeway on time but she said she had too much going on when was not able to do windows of time we said we would try it did not work out like we forewarned we didn't ask for an entire day just a three-hour window things would have worked out better or at least give us a window that we can call half hour before coming to meet at location again sorry for inconvenience we sent back part no charge to her never met her in person no charge at all part was a special order cost us a 25% restocking fee as well as the advertisement cost of $18 for her contacting us with no charge to her"
