Couldn't have been better. I needed to coordinate the removal of the old roof, add the insulation, then add the roof sheeting and roofing material. The roofer called and said he could start the job the next day. I called Art from Gale and he was able to arrange a crew to do the job the next day with the timeline provided by the roofing company. Outstanding service, responsiveness and the onsite crew was great too. Such amazing service for a $200 insulation job. Fantastic!

Excellent from start to finish

I called three companies to get estimates to have gutters installed on the front of my house. Gale Contractor services was the only one with office staff to answer calls (the other two were the "leave a message and if you're lucky we'll call you back". I scheduled a time with Art and he arrived on time. I showed him what I needed done, he gave me an estimate and I asked to have the work scheduled. Blanca called the next day and we set up a date and time to have the work done. The installers arrived as scheduled and completed the work in a timely manner. The gutter worked perfectly during our recent monsoon like storm.Very smooth process.

Everything went as planned. I had to put a new roof on my home and they coordinated with the roofer to blow the insulation in after the old singles were removed. Everything went smoothly.

I contacted Gale Contractor Services to reinstall a downspout that they had installed when the home was under construction by the builder.  The downspout ran down the back column on our back patio, and had to be removed by the landscaping company when the landscaping company installed a stone veneer on the bottom 4'6" of the column.  I called them for a quote and Art was very quick to return my phone call.  He scheduled a time to come out and inspect our back patio in order to provide a quote.  Turn around for this was amazingly quick and Art was very accommodating.  
When Art got done with the inspection he called me to provide the quote.  I thought it was a little high given that most of the materials were already being provided by me and this was mostly a labor charge, but I wanted it done by the original contractor so that any painting that needed to be done on new pieces would match.  I accepted the response and they quickly scheduled the re-installation of the gutter down spout.
Their technician gave me a call a day in advance to let me know when he would be arriving.  Since the work was to be done outside I made sure that I did not have to be home during the re-installation and that was OK with them.  When I arrived home from work later the day of the installation the work had been completed, I found that a fairly good job had been done.
My only two complaints are as follows:  1)  There was a fairly large dent in the gutter downspout that was not there at the time the work began which was frustrating for me, 2)  The technician that did the work obviously parked in our driveway because there was a huge oil stain right in the middle of the driveway near the garage.  I feel the gutter down spout should not have been re-installed after they put a dent in it, and I feel that the technician should not have parked his oil-leaking vehicle in our driveway.   Everything else was great about this experience, but those two items kind of soured me.

Went well!Mmy only complaint and why I gave the one rating of a B for Quality was I had no idea that some of the blown in insulation might come out vents over time. Would like to have been told what to expect.

I got their name from Angies List and definitely was pleased with the result. Dont' know if there pricing was high or low or just right but they were worth it.

From bid to installation, first class company.

the supervisor was on time for the free estimate and about 6 days later the crew came out and installed appx. 40ft of gutter. the work was completed with just a perfect match of paint and the fit was perfect. I am a hard customer to please, and i was very happy with the results.

Bids were received from other providers. Gale's price was competitive and was awarded the work.
A three man crew arrived as scheduled. The crew was professional, polite and easy to work with.
They also removed and disposed of existing gutter. The installation crew gets an A
Administratively, patience is needed when working with the office. Communication is not a strong point.
The listed local numbers were non responsive however, calling the national number got an immediate response.
When Art Lutheran came to make an estimate, I advised him that there was difficulty making a connection.
Signed an agreement but didn't get a start date for the work. A week went by without hearing from them, gave
them a reminder call and got the work scheduled as noted.

They installed new insulation, they quoted a price and they stuck with it until the end! No funny business was done, great company! They even came out a 2nd time to finish up some work with no additional charges!

We recently purchased an 18 year old house. The pre-purchase inspection found some missing insulation and inadequate blown insulation. Gale provided a fair estimate and didn't try to oversell expensive add-ons. I'm no expert but it looks like they did a very thorough job and cleaned up well when they were done.

Art Lutheran came out to look the job over and give us an estimate. He provided the estimate information and the job cost via email, which I requested. He also matched the color of the gutters to match with our existing trim colors.
The workers came out right on time and completed the work in a day. The quality of the work was excellent and the job site was thoroughly cleaned prior to their departure. They have a machine which allows them to make all their gutter materials on site so everything was created exactly to size and the appearence of the gutters reflects this in that there are no signs of pieces patched together or anything like that.
The whole job was fast and professional at all phases. Art was great to work with and very flexible in scheduling the meetings and the work around our schedule. I would recommend Gale to anyone who needs gutters installed.

When we realized we would need insulation work we called Gale and they came out the next day. We were given an estimate and they agreed to respond when the other work was finished so the sheet rock could be installed. They came out just as asked and did an excellent job.

I was extremely happy with the sale, service, and installation I shopped around with a lot of insulation company's in Tucson and Phoenix, and while most of the companies I spoke with seemed pretty profession, Gale was both professional and offered the best pricing--they may have had a promotion going on. Additionally, the installation team was very professional and courteous. If there was something that I thought they missed (perhaps subjectively) they happily went over the area again. Also, a month later, when we caught some overspray on a couple of items, they immediately came by to clean it up.
