The project was completed in a timely manner. I am very pleased with their work. The gentlemen were very kind and courteous. I would definitely hire them again.

Humberto was a real perfectionist and wouldn't stop until everything wad perfect. He's very knowledgable and I've already called him again for other things to do.

We had trouble getting the estimate (something got lost between when the initial rep came out to see the work to be done and creating the estimate), but once we had the estimate and arranged for someone to come out everything went smoothly. The work was performed very well and very professionally.

The workers were responsive to the tasks even though it was a small project. Very professional and skilled contractors.

Matt hung one shade sail in front an one in back. He did a very good job and was congenial and patient when asked to come back to reduce a wrinkle in the front shade, which was cause by buying too large a size. Will hire again if they do roof whirlybird installation.?

Ok had to install a box to existing ceiling fan to proceed with installing fan. Paid an additional $25 to initial quoted cost of $75

I spent half a day trying to get a handyman to respond to my requests for help. The only company to respond was My Hand Helper. I received a cheerful return call from their administrator that afternoon and made arrangement to have someone come out the next morning. To my surprise, Matt Seals, one of their handymen, showed up the next morning and wanted to know what needed to be done. He gave us a very reasonable quote and immediately dove into the problem list ranging from plumbing and AC Compressor insulation to patching holes in walls left from wall hangings. The work was done with great dispatch and a highly professional manner in less than 6 hours. My wife and I were as pleased as punch. Thanks to this young man and the organization behind him we feel confident our house is ready for the buyer to take possession at closing.

The work was performed to our compete satisfaction. We were especially impressed with the prompt response to our requests and the professional manner in which the scheduling and billing were processed. Our furniture was picked up and delivered to their shop to sand, remove debris, and apply two coats of stain. The 4 sweepers were installed with drill fittings.

They are professional, honest, hard working, reliable, and they do a great job.

The Handy Helper who helped me was Matt. Matt was different from most contractors I’ve worked with in that he: (1) showed up when he said he’d show up; (2) called when he said he’d call; and (3) thoroughly cleaned-up any debris resulting from his work. Another BIG plus is that Matt is not “creepy.” So all of you fellow widows out there, if you need work done inside your home, this guy is safe. For those more interested in the practical side, the work was done timely (drywall takes several visits) and within their estimated budget range. They’re not the least expensive contractors out there, but then again, they’re nowhere near the most expensive ones either. If you’re looking for a reliable contractor at a reasonable price, I highly recommend My Handy Helper.
