StrongBuilt has been a huge help in the inspection process for our new home in Sahuarita. Scheduling was quick and easy, and technician Charles was great - knowledgeable, prompt and pleasant. He cleared most areas, but found a need for water heater replacement and provided a quick and reasonable quote. Our realtor was also impressed. Strongbuilt has a place of honor in my contact list.

This is not a complaint about the technician but instead about the ethics of the company owner, Brandon. Strongbuilt will charge you an absurd price for minimal work. Details below. True story from July 2023. My 84 year old father had been without AC for a few days. The technician replaced an expired compressor capacitor. Plus added a hard start kit due to high current draw. You can buy both of these parts from Amazon for less than $50. Total bill rom Strongbuilt was $859. Less than 30 minutes of labor, less than $50 of parts. $859. When I called the owner, Brandon, to dispute the charges, he had no remorse, and attempted to dispute the cost of the parts. Look it up yourself. 80/5 uF cap, and hard start kit for a 4 ton AC. I asked how he can justify $800 for less than 30 min of work. He said thatâ s what it costs. Their hourly rate is about $1600 per hour. They wonâ t tell you what their hourly rate is on the phone. But now you know. They wonâ t tell you what a typical cost is for a simple repair. But when you get your $800+ bill, youâ ll have been warned. After multiple calls, they did refund most of the money. I made the repair for my father myself. You can too. Watch a YouTube video. Save yourself the headache. Or call a reputable business, but donâ t call Stongbuilt.

Do not use this company. They do not stand by their advertised claims. Do not buy their 2-year Panda plan. It is non-refundable. Their prices are 35% higher than everyone else. Very dissatisfied and go elsewhere.

And today, 12/2/21 I had the pleasure of one of the most magnanimous, generous, and kind individuals I have ever met, fix a plumbing issue (bathroom sink would not drain)...his name is ANTHONY GARCIA. He spent a significant amount of time to assure the job was done properly and helped me in a way I cannot even begin to express. A soul with a big HEART and highly skilled, courteous, respectful, and very professional. I think that Strongbuilt must vet all their employees, to make sure that they are not only the best in the business but also the most resplendent as well. Strongbuilt plumbing is the best! Their office staff was professional and friendly. Sent photos of the plumbers assigned to the job and estimated time of arrival. The work was performed accurately and in the most workman like manner. Billing was handled on a computer tablet at the conclusion of the work. I am so pleased with both Anthony Garcia and Bobby Shawgo, I plan on using them again whenever I have a plumbing problem. Anthony and Bobby were very polite, courteous and professional. I plan on telling all my friends who need plumbing services to contact Strongbuilt and ask for both Anthony and Bobby. Thank you both Bobby and Antony for the great job!

My wife appreciated the professionalisim and the personable treatment that we received from both of the gentlemen who came to service a broken shower faucet in our home. From the texting, which included a photo of the technician to the care that they took to make sure we understood what was wrong and what had to be fixed. Install a Central Air Conditioning System Professional and efficient and great follow up with any problems taken care of immediately. Very thorough in the install and explaining the system afterwards. Job was done in 1 day and system is working great. They also corrected a problem with the thermostat which was causing the whole house to feel muggy. It was a pleasure working with them from the quote thru the completed install - definitely recommend.

Very professional. The estimate was good, not low and not high. They assigned a top plumber to the task with a large number of assistance to get my job done. The plumbing installation was a work of art! You can always tell when someone is a true craftsman that takes pride in their work. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. One important note. There was no pressure sales or up selling. I wanted a particular brand for water heater and they supplied without any issues. Likewise I provided my own water softener and they installed the loop and connections. They are a quality company!
