"I expected a price adjustment due to the drastic change is scope of work and was surprised to be billed $900...well over 50% of the original agreed upon amount. I would have rather paid the original amount and had the original work done to get the guarantee of fix, but was told the caulking was all that was needed to fix the problem. I agreed to pay $600 to make the whole thing go away, which is far, far too much money for the work that was done. Now, It's been 3 weeks since the work has been done. Got a good rainstorm today...and the windows still leak. No guarantee, paid a ton of money, and right back where I started originally. I guess I learned a very, very expensive lesson."

Kevin arrive early morning to check out the leak it was a bursted landscaping water line. was relived it wasn't the main water line. he stated they don't usually repair these water lines but the ask if there was hardware store where he could get the parts he needed. the pipe was replaced and problem fixed. Kevin was excellent knew what needed to be done even though it was out of the norm. I will definitely call ready for any plumbing issues. "
