In 2020 I had a leaky toilet value that I needed replaced so I called The Plumber Guy, as I had them unclog my kitchen sink once. Carlin came out and talked me into 2 Brand new Complete Toilets. $1000 He said that it would save me money in the long run, so I said ok being a single woman knowing nothing about Toilets. Here I am 2 years later and my “Brand New Toilet” has a leaky valve. No problem right…Because my Brand New Toilet has a “5 Year Warranty” on it Right!?!?! WRONG!!! What the Plumber People Do Not Tell you is that they will give you the $15 Toilet Value Part BUT Charge you $99 for the 30 minutes that it will take them to install it! There are Good Honest, Trustworthy People out there unfortunately The Plumber Guys are Not them. I Told Carlin to kindly leave please.

The problem was found by the Ernesto and quickly had a team out the next day to replace sewer and water line. we had all utilities marked already as we were having new plants put in for Christmas. The cost was fair and we are happy with the way the job was done, Very perfessional!

We used a coupon and refused to pay charged cost for the work done as cheaply and quickly as could be done. We called the business office and they took off 75.00.

Was able to come next day, professional and efficient. However, the job includi ng new unit, was extremely overpriced!

Excellent! Julio explained everything that he needed to do to repair/replace my plumbing needs, along with the cost. He was very professional and courteous. I appreciated that he wore covers on his shoes and he cleaned the areas that he worked on thoroughly.

Julio responded within 30 minutes and was very courteous. He was very knowledgable and went out of his way to make certain we were satisfied with the repairs and even explained the outdoor pressure regulator to us. It is very nice to see someone like Julio take pride in their workmanship. Would definitely use this company again!

Bad after three services calls and paying $49.95 plus $130 they wanted $150 taking off the toilet and $700 quote for new toilet. I want the $49.95 back I paid on Angie's list.

"First off, we came out to your property for a service call and meet your tenant to unclog a toilet called to get authorization and was only able to leave a message. Second trip after you agreed to snake the toilet, the toilet had something inside that was unretrievable, we made several attempts at contacting you only to leave a message. Third trip you called back and agreed to have us pull the toilet and attempt to retrieve what was clogged in the toilet. Again, object was unretrievable and after contacting you to option for toilet replacement for $400 plus the service calls from 2 other trips you had agreed to have us come to perform! You declined to pay for any service and hung up! Very unprofessional on your part, as you are a property management company, and we will not be providing any future service request from you."

Turned out a new faucet was needed. I selected the faucet of my choosing and BK Plumbing returned to installed it (separate charge for this work, but the Angie's deal was credited toward this additional work). Arrived on time, was professional and did a wonderful job replacing the faucet. Also replaced all the valves under my sink which weren't working very well I discovered. Would definitely hire again.

This company is also known as "The Plumber Guy." I bought the "deal" for $49.95 which was for a service call and $49.95 toward repairs. This "deal" is a RIPOFF! Other plumbers I contacted would charge $170-180 for this job which really only requires a $12 parts kit and about 20-30 minutes to install maximum. The quote I received was for $219 - the 49.95 credit which, SURPRISE! arrives at the $170 figure that most other plumbers charge. The "deal" is a complete waste of money, call another plumber with more reasonable rates. To be fair, they were very professional and appeared to be very competent, but you can find good plumbers for MUCH less. I declined the services as I'm not going to give these guys any more money.

The plumber gave me a quick and very accurate estimate,along with the names of three bathtub repair services for the tub.He changed out the cartridge in the faucet very quickly.Junior was very friendly,efficient and helpful.I will definetely use them again.They told me what time they would get here,and they came right when they said they would.
