"Extremely satisfied with work. Pepe, the service technician, is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and through. He showed up as promised, in uniform with service vehicle well stocked with items to complete the work. Worked continuously in excess of six hours to complete the work. I have had problems with frozen gate valves, thus not being able to shut off water to specific faucets as well as toilets. Replaced all gate valves with ball valves. Pepe was able to remove & replace washing machine valves prior to my having my washer & dryer replaced - same time frame. Was able to then install new washer & dryer while he was able to work in another part of the house. Note my home has two water supply systems, thus I had the system for the washer turned back on while turning the kitchen system off.
