Based on the impact of the last monsoon that hit the east valley, there was a substantial amount of standing water between our house foundation and the new walkway. I met with Ravi who basically engineered a drainage system/network to get water out of our yard and direct it onto the street. His crew showed up on time and installed a series of catch basins that were interconnected. They also did some repair on the travertine that had "collapsed" due to errosion from the monsoon. The Balance crew worked extremely fast and were done in 3 days (this includes the 1st day which was a site survey along with the lay-out of the underground work to be done).
