After I was clear on what it was I wanted, without a blink, sour word, or any frustration, they simply went to work to give me what I wanted. Jeremy was very nice and explained to me that the unit was so old we would need to replace it. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast he was able to get it replaced as I was worried we would be without hot water for a while.
