"Project was huge... it involved gas, electric, water, tiling, pavers - and plants! We interviewed several companies, but after talking with Derek and seeing the design he and his wife were able to create and render in video there was really no question who we would hire. Derek stayed with the project throughout, shopping for tile with us, managing the inevitable change orders and helping convey our thoughts/ideas to the construction crew. The construction crew was multi-disciplined and managed by Darrell... who was fantastic and available to answer questions throughout construction and even after the job was completed. Communication with the office staff was consistent and clear - we always knew when a crew was coming to work. No job of this scope is without snags; the initial set up took longer than we would have liked. The first round of plants did not survive. We even changed a few plan aspects as the crew was working (we were likely considered pains in the neck more than once by more than one crew member - but the message from the workers was always the same... "This is a custom project for you; we want you to be happy." ). We knew there would be snags and would recommend this company highly because they knew how to handle them - and wanted to. The point is not to get it perfect all at once. The point is to get it right. And they did. We would recommend them highly."

They started the job at the time they said they would. They kept me informed of the progress, what was going to be needed, each next step, and met the completion time they projected. After I was clear on what it was I wanted, without a blink, sour word, or any frustration, they simply went to work to give me what I wanted.
