"John came out 2 hours after I called. That's amazing in itself. He found the problem in 10 minutes. Flipped a breaker, and it worked! I had already flipped it a dozen times!! Regardless he didn't charge me anything. Most places charge a show up fee. This was free. Amazing. John also informed me that sure it works now. But there is obviously something that caused the circuit to trip. So he went through scenarios. just great customer service."
