Before, the Powerwall battery would drop to 20% at around 4am, switching to power from the expensive grid until sunrise around 7:30am. Now, the Powerwall charge holds a charge until sunrise, avoiding buying energy at the most expensive time of day. The Tech noted how hot the old breakers were running. He pointed out that they should be replaced every 10 years. No one ever talks about that. All that heat in any electrical equipment indicates inefficiency. With this update, I'm looking to save even more on energy."

"Short version: They ALL did a great job. All the way from the 1st call to when they left after the job was done. Long version. I had 2 AC guys out and both said there was a short in the low voltage wire running between the upstairs air handler. One AC company quoted me $1,500 to do the job. YIKES. That seemed high...very high. The 2nd AC guy said he doesn't pull wire and I needed to find an electrician to do that job and then he would return after the new wire was ran. Since our upstairs AC has been out for literally 5 days we needed someone ASAP. So, I went on Angie's List and I filled out the form and less than 2 minutes after I submitted the form my phone rang. It was Stephanie from Bolt Electricity. I told her our dilemma and much to my surprise she scheduled their rep, Daniel, to come out here between 10am - 1PM. He got here around 11:00AM. I showed him what was needed, we discussed some options. He reviewed the situation and gave me a quote. A quote that made me nearly fall out of my chair. I said yes and when could he get someone out here to run the wires? He called their scheduler and they understood our situation, rearranged some jobs and said they could get two guys out here in a few hours. WOW. Almost fell out of my chair a 2nd time. Those two very polite and professional techs (Will and Matt) came right on time and got to work. And they did a fantastic job. And before they started to put the wire in the conduit, they called me out there and explained what they wanted to do and to get my approval. They then went back to work and finished up. Ok, let me wrap this up. They did a fantastic job, the work looks great and my wife and I could not be happier! Sorry about the gushing but when your AC is out in the summer in AZ and it gets fixed...well, you understand. Everyone at Bolt Electric treated us like we matter and did a fantastic job."

In April 2020 we had our house re-roofed, and the lightning rods had to be removed before the roofers could work. Sun Valley Electric removed and re-installed the lightning rods and cables before and after the re-roofing. Jared was the technician for Sun Valley. He is a fantastic representative for the company, as is the owner, Jason. I've not met Jason, but I've spoken with him a couple of times on the phone. "Jason and his staff (Julie in the office and Robert an electrician) did a fabulous job for us installing a new panel, two sub-panels, improving service in our old kitchen (couldn't run the dishwasher and microwave at the same time) a new porch light, and a car charger. Our house was built in 1938 and has 3 phase electricity. That was complicated by the fact that we were with APS that usually handles 2 phase, so there was a lot of coordination that had to take place. Jason was most professional and worked hard to minimize the disruption of service. He worked well with APS and the City of Phoenix in coordinating the inspections and scheduling the work. Robert got up in our cramped and hot attic to provide the additional service to the kitchen. This is an honest 5 Star review. I can't recommend Static Sun highly enough. Jason was on time, was neat and clean, and left the job site in perfect order. I believe that we were fairly charged and he was up front in telling us that he would not be the most expensive but he wouldn't be the cheapest either. The other electrician we consulted (who was highly recommended by our neighbors) declined the job as being too complex."
