"Great. We had a plumbing leak in our bathroom. I called on a Saturday morning and Jacob was at our house at 9:30 sharp. Jacob immediately but down the Mr. Rooter rug and put on his booties before entering our house. He could hear the leak immediately when he walked into our bathroom but it was hard to tell where it was exactly because it was behind our sink, which was enclosed with a lot of custom tile work. He didn't want to cut a lot of holes so he contacted Craig from Precision Utility Locating. Craig came out and found the leak with his equipment and sure enough it was right where he said it was. This was another expense but well worth it. Jacob was able to repair the leak. He had to remove the insulation and drywall etc. but bagged it all up and took it with him in his van. He wiped up our bathroom floor and left my bathroom pretty clean even though I told him not to worry about it that I would clean up. When a plumber is sent to your house from Mr. Rooter they access the situation and give you an estimate which you agree to and sign. It doesn't matter how long they are there to fix the problem. Most plumbers charge by the hour but this estimate didn't change. I'm sure if there had been extra parts he would have given us a new estimate to approve. Jacob was so professional and a wonderful man It was such a pleasure to have him working in our home. Mr. Rooter has Advantage Plans that we took advantage of which saved us on this call and future calls, if needed. While Jacob was waiting for Craig he didn't sit around he proceeded to check the items that were included in the plan. I will never call another plumbing company. Mr. Rooter is now in my contact list and I will recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors. Thank you."

"We are staying at an Air Bnb in Prescott. On Saturday the bathroom toilet became clogged and backed up into the shower in the guest bathroom. The owner contacted Ben Franklin Plumbing in Prescott. Andrew Korland plumber came at 8 pm after completing another job. He was professional, courteous and had great attention to detail. Once he assessed the problem , he contacted the owner before beginning the repair process. She approved the work.Andrew immediately began solving the problem running almost 80’ of coil to unclog the drain at the clean out site. We had a working toilet by 9pm. Andrew was calm and explained what he was doing before and during the process. He also provided his contact information afterward in case we had questions or concerns. We are impressed with Andrew’s response time and excellent work ethic."

"I cannot say enough about Aaron Schwarder and Schwarder Construction. We bought a home that had not been updated since 1964. Plumbing included. Aarons crews redid both baths and the kitchen. Beautiful bright Carrera look tile, white counter tops, beadboard, wainscoting. New light and plumbing fixtures. Kitchen went from dark and cave like with fluorescent lights in plexiglass recessed ceiling thing, to raised ceiling, high end appliances, beadboard cabinets and an open to the dining room floor plan. Aaron was not satisfied with the cabinet surfaces and repainted them himself. All custom cabinets. Very important to me is the comfort level of having people working in my home. It can be awkward, to say the least. Aaron's guys are very respectful and always clean up at the end of the day, even if they are coming back in the morning. They were very careful not to let the animals escape. Recently I called the home depot pro desk with some questions about installing a new entry door and the first name they gave me was Schwarder Construction. I was raised to believe that a man's word is his worth. You can take Aaron at his word. 5 stars only because you cannot rate higher."
