I have used Lifewater Solutions both for service on an existing softener at my previous home and recently an installation of a new softener in a new construction home. Scott and Zak are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Their communication is top-notch. They were able to schedule my work on short notice and complete the work quickly and completely. I believe their products are great quality and their pricing is very competitive. As others have said, Scott is terrific. Patient, helpful, available. thorough, and NOT after the most bucks. My new system was installed (beautifully) only three days ago so I can't give an opinion on that yet, but I strongly suspect it's going to work out well.

Scott came out on short notice and was very professional and had my Vesta Softener installed and running in minimal time. I am very pleased with the system so far and given Scott & Zak's kind, courteous, non-pushy nature, I am convinced if I ever had any issues or needed help, both of them would be "Johnny-on-the-spot" and would step up to help me out. I highly recommend these guys for anyone needing a water softener, RO System or just advice for their water needs.
