"He was awesome. Showed up on time, friendly, provided a free estimate, was fairly priced against other estimates. I always try to hire family owned and operated companies. I hired him and again he showed up on time and completed the work quickly. He is now our go to plumber !!!!!!!!"
"Mr. Rooter was not the plumber that did/completed plumbing repair for my mobile home. Harper's Plumbing (Brad, and Tyson (or Tyler) were the plumbers that worked on and completed my plumbing issue on Thurs 6/11/2020. They arrived at 2:30 PM, left at 3:05 PM. Price was more than I expected, but grateful to have it completed. I will request these gentlemen again, if needed, and hope they will be available."
"We had a great experience with Miracle Man Plumbing. It?s always nice to find a good local company here in the Prescott/Prescott Valley area that you can actually trust. From the first phone call they were friendly and easy to work with, and they got someone out to our house quickly.
The technician showed up right on time, was very respectful, and explained everything in a way that made sense. You can tell they really know what they?re doing. They fixed the problem efficiently and the price was very fair.
It?s refreshing to deal with a local company that?s honest, professional, and takes pride in their work. If you?re in Prescott or Prescott Valley and need a plumber, I would definitely recommend Miracle Man Plumbing. We?ll absolutely call them again if we ever need plumbing help in the future."
"Mr Drye arrived promptly, assessed the problem, was able to find the right part, and install it quickly. No more leaky showerhead. Very polite. Didn't overcharge. Very happy with his service."
"We have exclusively used the team at Blue Plumbing since moving to Prescott Valley in 2021. We have had them out for major work and small repairs. They are knowledgeable, personable and get the job done right. We just had them visit for a smaller issue with a toliet leak. They showed up on time, fixed the issue and delivered the same greatness we've come to expect with them. Thank you very much Blue Plumbing! We will be sure to call again for the next job!"
"I recently had a major root intrusion issue in my sewer line and after getting multiple estimates, I?m really glad I chose City Plumbing and Rooter AZ. From the start, they stood out as extremely knowledgeable and honest, which made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options without any pressure. Compared to other quotes I received, they made me feel confident that I was truly getting my money?s worth. I ultimately decided to move forward with a full underground pipe replacement, and it was the right call. Their team walked me through the entire process step by step, kept everything well organized, and maintained great communication throughout the job. The work itself was excellent?clean, efficient, and done right the first time. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I highly recommend City Plumbing and Rooter AZ to anyone dealing with plumbing issues, especially something as seriou"
"Tub to walk-in shower conversion. Larry was amazing to work with on my very goofy timeline, and William and his helper did a great job on the demo & installation. They took care of our existing property (protected the carpets, etc.) and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. Highly recommend and I would hire this company again."
"David & Pedro demolished 2 bathrooms that were 30+ years old and installed completely new showers in 2.5 days. Amazing work! Showers are outstanding. They worked efficiently, stayed focus, were respectful of our needs and cleaned up to satisfy any Mom. David explained everything regarding maintenance and guarantees. Well Done David & Pedro!"
"We are staying at an Air Bnb in Prescott. On Saturday the bathroom toilet became clogged and backed up into the shower in the guest bathroom. The owner contacted Ben Franklin Plumbing in Prescott. Andrew Korland plumber came at 8 pm after completing another job. He was professional, courteous and had great attention to detail. Once he assessed the problem , he contacted the owner before beginning the repair process. She approved the work.Andrew immediately began solving the problem running almost 80’ of coil to unclog the drain at the clean out site. We had a working toilet by 9pm. Andrew was calm and explained what he was doing before and during the process. He also provided his contact information afterward in case we had questions or concerns. We are impressed with Andrew’s response time and excellent work ethic."
You should leave the water dripping when temperatures are below 20 degrees for three hours or longer or your power goes out in the winter. Leave the water dripping until temperatures are consistently above 20 degrees and you’ve checked for frozen pipes. With water movement in your pipes, ice is less likely to form, and your pipes are less likely to burst. The drip relieves pressure, preventing burst and leaking pipes.
You may not be able to prevent water spots on your black faucet, but the good news is that you can quickly wipe away water spots, fingerprints, smudges, and smears with a damp cloth. The best practice is to get in the habit of wiping the black faucet daily to prevent any mineral buildup or hard water stains.
A water closet is a room within a bathroom where a toilet has a dedicated door for privacy. This separate space is set apart from the rest of the bathroom, allowing someone else to use the shower or sink. In some instances, there is also a small sink in the water closet for added convenience. The main benefit of a water closet is that it offers private space and can be a desirable design amenity, particularly if the bathroom is shared with others.
Baking soda and vinegar is a great solution for cleaning your sink drain; in fact, it’s our preferred method. Here’s how to unclog your drain with baking soda and vinegar: Pour in a half cup of baking soda, then 1 cup of white vinegar, and let the two bubble for 15 minutes. Then rinse out with boiling water. This method is much safer than using a chemical drain cleaner gel.
Professionals use augers, hydrojetting equipment, and cameras for precise clearing and inspection.
