I cannot say enough about Aaron Schwarder and Schwarder Construction. We bought a home that had not been updated since 1964. Plumbing included. Aarons crews redid both baths and the kitchen. Beautiful bright Carrera look tile, white counter tops, beadboard, wainscoting. New light and plumbing fixtures. Kitchen went from dark and cave like with fluorescent lights in plexiglass recessed ceiling thing, to raised ceiling, high end appliances, beadboard cabinets and an open to the dining room floor plan. Aaron was not satisfied with the cabinet surfaces and repainted them himself. All custom cabinets. Very important to me is the comfort level of having people working in my home. It can be awkward, to say the least. Aaron's guys are very respectful and always clean up at the end of the day, even if they are coming back in the morning. They were very careful not to let the animals escape. Recently I called the home depot pro desk with some questions about installing a new entry door and the first name they gave me was Schwarder Construction. I was raised to believe that a man's word is his worth. You can take Aaron at his word. 5 stars only because you cannot rate higher.

Initialy it was okay. but in September a major problem occured with the bathroom. There was a septic smell coming out on a shower drain because they didn`t put the plumbing correctly. I contacted the contractor numerous times but I was not please on his lack of response. Numerous contact with him from September to October until finally something was done to deal with the issue.

Exceptionally Professional. Was an exceptional "conductor" in the process between sub contractors during the process. Master Bathroom addition (96sq ft) turned out to be the showcase of our home. Took our ideas and suggestions and made it a personal masterpiece. Thanks to Aaron Schwarder.

Aaron did an awesome job. I have never had a remodel project go so well. All the work was first class and done in a timely matter. He was in constant communication with me. I would highly recommend Aaron Schwarder.

Aaron did not end up doing work for us, as we backed out of buying a home that needed a great deal of repairs. Buy he was upfront, responsive, and honest in his dealings with us. If we have need for future contracting work, we will reach out to him.

Work was performed professionally. Owner and employees are delightful to work with. Promptly handled the little warranty work required. Costs are competitive. Extra paints provided upon project completion.
