Agassiz Landscape Group LLCAfter an initial call, they came out within 24 hours to examine the yard in order to prepare a quote. Got the quote within 48 hours of the site visit. Work was completed a week later - took only a couple of hours. The outcome was exactly as expected - it looks great. The folks who came were professional and did the work quickly. I also wanted the fence gate fixed, and though the website lists fence work as an option, they were not able to provide a quote for the work. I was told they would send someone to start working on it, they didn't know how long it would take or how much it would cost in the end. I was advised to contact a company that specializes in fence work if I needed a more precise estimate of the cost. The final cost of the leveling, fabric, and gravel is a little high, but worth having it done quickly before the weather turns was a priority. I also asked for an estimate to have pine needles raked, bagged and removed and that estimate was almost $300. Instead I was able to do it myself in about 3 hours. Too expensive for just pine needle clean up in a small yard.- Melinda F.

Rent My HusbandI was not satisfied with Rent My Husband. He sent somebody and they did not complete the job. He came and looked at it and said he was going to come back. We called him a couple of times and he said he will come as soon as it stops raining for a little bit, but he still hasn't come back. He is personable but he just did not do the work.- Bernice B.

We have five very large pecan tress that were in desperate need of trimming and a mulberry tree that needed removing. Bob's Tree customer service was phenomenal. Immediate response after calling & apt scheduled right away for an estimate. Estimate given was a little higher that what I expected, having no clue what tree trimming was worth, but we went ahead with it, knowing Bob's Tree has been in business for years and has a great reputation. We were thrilled with the job they did and the amount of time it took. They left the yard even better than it was before they came, cleaning up every bit of wood that fell from the trimming and a great deal of pecans as well. After watching how hard they worked and the excellent way they cleared the trees and left the property upon completion, I was glad to write the check for them and glad that we were able to support a local business. Bob's Tree may not be the 'cheapest' pricing out there, but you definitely get what you pay for with them - excellence.

We wanted our sod and a sprinkler system installed in our backyard, along with a refreshing a raised butterfly garden. Agassiz was great! Everyone we worked with there was prompt and responsive, and they did excellent work! We asked for a few additional things to be done, and they included several for free. Mario and his crew were very hard working, punctual, professional, and attentive to detail. They had to first remove the old concrete and rebar, spread sand evenly, install the pavers, and put sand in the cracks. Everything looked beautiful when they finished and they cleaned up the area very well. Mario is a very skilled craftsman who oversees the work and also does some of it himself. He has taught his crew how to do the work and requires the same dedication and professionalism from them that he models. He will show you pictures of completed jobs and help you choose the best colors for your house. You will not be disappointed.

Business Description:
Fast and Friendly Small Drywall company located in Flagstaff, Arizona. We except all major credit cards plus offer online payment through quickbooks. Free estimates! Most small jobs competed in one trip with quick-set product!
Recent Review:
We moved to Flagstaff last August (2013) and while the house we bought had good bones, the paint and wall texture were not to our liking. The walls and ceilings had a very aggressive adobe texture, and being from back east, it was too much texture. The paint to go with it was basically prison green, so the whole look needed changing.
We got All Pro Drywall from our real estate agent and had them and other contractors come over to give estimates. Having dealt with contractors on an off over 40 years, I have an idea who can do the job and who can't. Tim came in, gave us some options and came in with a reasonable estimate. Tim also knows lots of other contractors and was helpful in finding a painter who came in after the plastering.
When it was time to do the job, I had done some prep work to confine the mess. Anything I missed, they covered. With drying, and weekend times, it took about a week to finish. The results were terrific. The finish was just as described and with the 2 different finishes (we didn't redo the ceilings), the room really popped. We had it repainted, and the results are super.
The only difficulty I had was with the scheduling. Flagstaff had the mildest winter in years, and it was tough to schedule the start of this. It got delayed about a week from the initial start date. I don't blame All Pro Drywall for this, since stuff like this happens.
