Scott responded to the initial review and returned to do the repair correctly. The repair was done by Carlos this time and he did a really great job. Carlos and his helper sanded, matched the stain color, put in two boards, shored up the patched area and did a wonderful clean-up.
The repair was done in approx one week. At their instruction I returned the car in 30 days for a full detailing and polish at no additional charge, including touching up a small spot on the front panel inflicted by someone in a parking lot in the intervening 30 days.
