Elegant Bath and Remodel did such a great job on both the master and guest bathrooms of our family's condo. The whole process was smooth, and the team was super easy to work with—responsive, professional, and really detail-oriented. This was particularly important as the condo is in AZ and most of us are in CA and float in and out. The master bath feels like a spa now, and even the guest bath got a major upgrade. We’re so happy with how everything turned out. Definitely recommend if you're looking to update your space!

I was really happy to find out they offer both acrylic and tile options — it gave me the flexibility to do a beautiful custom tile shower in my master bathroom while choosing a high-quality acrylic system for the guest bathrooms. The design associates are extremely knowledgeable and helped guide me through all the choices without feeling overwhelmed. You can also tell the owners truly care about each customer and want to make sure every project turns out just right. Highly recommend!

They were one of the first to respond to my need for an estimate on my kitchen remodel (due to pipe burst, would be working with insurance). The gentleman came out and was lovely but then completely ghosted me. I never received the estimate or any communication on why. I cannot recommend them if this is how they run their business.

I knew the owner, Deb, from a previous home remodel job where she and her team did a fantastic job on our floors. Fast forward a few years, and we were finally ready to say goodbye to our sad little old bathrooms and hello to some modern, fancy, refreshed guest and master baths! Deb and her team did not disappoint. I was extremely happy working with them, starting with the easy and collaborative design process all the way to final build and execution. I was absent quite a bit during the remodel, but I never had to worry about being on site to watch over their work. Their communication was always timely and clear, proactively asking me questions as needed and keeping me posted of the progress along the way. They are true professionals in beautiful design and installation - and very pleasant to interact with as well. If you need any work done in your bathroom, try these guys out - you won't regret it!
