I have health problems that make it difficult to be without a toilet for very long.   When he learned this, Craig squeezed me in between two other appointments, and while he was here he also fixed a problem with my bathroom sink (dripping from hot water intake pipe).    He was at my house within an hour after I had called his office and completed the work within about an hour.   The price was very reasonable.

I've worked with Craig Anderson in the past, and I called him early Monday morning when I realized that the water heater seemed to be leaking.  He literally arrived at the house 45 minutes after I placed the phone call.  He established that the problem was with the water heater itself, and was able to stop the leak immediately.  He then drained the water heater, bought a new one, and had it replaced by 1pm that afternoon!  He was as professional and punctual as I remember him being several years before.

Past work went great!  We have had two different people come out and they both showed up on time, fixed the problem and cleaned up after themselves.  
Current efforts to hire them have not gone well.  Twice this year I have reached out for some pretty decent sized projects and was told that the project would be run by Craig and they would let me know.  And that was the end of it, even when I followed up a couple times on the first project.  
I would use them again if I could, but need to move on to another company that is more responsive.

We were replacing a toilet in an older home (1922) and after removing the old toilet realized that about 2" of the 10" bolt-to-wall clearance was taken up by the water supply faucet, meaning the new toilet would not fit.  We were somewhat panicked at the idea of not having a functioning toilet for a few days and called a different after-hours plumbing service.  They quoted an insane price, which we declined.  We called a few other plumbers listed online, but nobody had any availability.  When we called Craig Anderson Plumbing they also were very busy but Craig said they would adjust schedules a bit to help us out.  Craig showed up within a couple hours to look at the problem and identified a quicker and easier (and cheaper) solution than what we expected.  Wes showed up a little after that to perform the work and had everything completed in less than an hour.  Both Craig and Wes were very friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.
We greatly appreciated their willingness to help up out on very short notice, the fact that they identified a simpler solution than we expected, and their overall friendliness.
We will definitely call them the next time we need a plumber, and would easily recommend them to anyone else.

I didn't work directly with them because they worked with my contractor. They were working on my brother's house which is a rental and rented to son. I found them personally to be pleasant and tidy on the job. What began to make me take notice was my son's comment that there were too many plumbers in the house - 3 - since it was so small a house and bathroom; you can't fit 3 people in the bathroom. Apparently there was an apprentice. And my son also thought they took a lot of breaks. When the first bill came I was shocked at the price which was WAY above the contractor's estimate. Even the contractor was surprised. I took that in stride, but after the project was complete, I had to send my contractor back to fix things in the bathroom. First, even before the job was finished, the contractors were careless about metal filings , or something, because I now have rust stains on the bottom of the brand new bathtub. My contractor cleansed them as much as possible, but they are still there. Then just two weeks ago my son complained that the pedestal sink was oozing caulking out from under the sink. There was so much sealer that it was running 3-4" down the pedestal in a large glob. Again, my contractor to the rescue to handle that for me. I don't think he called the plumbers. And iin all fairness, I should have taken these issues directly to the plumber's, but I didn't. Hopefully there will be no more issues, but I would not use them again simply because I thought they were VERY expensive and somewhat sloppy in their work.

This was not our first time using Craig Anderson Plumbing and it won't be the last. We had them recommend, supply and install 2 new toilets to replace 2 old ones. Wes and his assistant arrived on time, took time to protect the rug and existing flooring. They are professional and courteous, in addition to being excellent plumbers.

Craig really tried to fix the drain with the minimum amount of tearing out of walls/ceilings. He cleverly went in from the floor below and managed to do the job in a very tight space without taking out any of the tilework.

Prompt, friendly. Did the job in 45 minutes, including a quick adjustment to both bathroom sinks.

The work went well. The plumber that Craig sent was courteous and friendly and didn't mind if I watched him do the work (I'd never seen Pex installed before).
