Their in ability to respond in a timely manner, their failure to follow through, their inability to communicate and resolve installing a new pressure relief valve was the worst service from a plumbing company I have ever had. Would never recommend them to anyone or use them again.

I first met Brian near the Plumber Supply store in Chandler and he took a look at my photos and told how to do this job, gave some other advices. Next morning, I called the office and invited Brian to do the job and the appointment was scheduled. The process took just a few minutes. Brian came as expected and fixed the broken, disconnected pipe very quickly and professionally. There was a serious complication because it was a sewer line going from the kitchen into the concrete base of the house and some extra work was required to get access to this pipe. Brian has all required tools and was able to fix everything as promised. I will recommend him to all my friends and family members and will definitely invite Brian if I have any issues in the future. The company is a very pleasant surprise! Thank You for the great job!

Collins Commercial Services came out Nov. 4 to fix leaky water-heater couplings and look at intermittent hot-water issues. Collins was the vendor sent by OneGuard Home Warranty. The couplings were fixed, but nothing was found regarding the hot water. That night, we noted a smell when running a bath for our baby. That smell grew in intensity as the days passed. I reached out to OneGuard the following week. I noted during the second appointment set up that while the smell started after Collins was out, that I wanted to find the source of the smell, not pin the blame on them so I could avoid a service fee. The second and different repairman showed up on Nov 17. He was on the premises for less than 5 minutes. I took him to the upstairs bath and ran the water. We both noted a strange smell. He then declared that he was stumped and recommended a $700 smoke test, likely not covered by the home warranty. The repairman was on site for 5 minutes and literally didn't touch a single plumbing fixture or piece of equipment. Now, I am in the middle of the 48-hour period where OneGuard can't take any other further action until they review the repairman's smoke test recommendation, which they'll likely deny. While I was waiting, I actually did what the plumber was too lazy or inept to do and tested the water and drains. It's clearly now a water supply issue, not a drain, so a smoke test wouldn't be the answer anyway. Not only did the repairman waste my time by not even attempting to fix the problem, but he's sharing bad information with the home warranty company, which will extend the problem into Thanksgiving week. Moreover, OneGuard will likely call this situation closed, and I'll have to pay out of pocket for something that should have been covered. Thank you Collins Commercial Services for not just doing less than the bare minimum, but also making sure your negligence causes additional out-of-pocket costs for me.

It went perfect! Eric Bruzelius was the plumber technician that came out. He was very professional and efficient. I couldn't believe how fast he was and he fixed this months' long issue we've been experiencing. I would highly recommend him if you're using Collins Commercial Services - he was great!

My HVAC unit froze and was not turning on during the hottest time of the year here in Arizona. Gabriel showed up promptly at 8am the following morning and was able to immediately troubleshoot and rectify the issue. He did an excellent job, and had my HVAC working within half an hour. He even went above and beyond by taking photos of my HVAC unit which is on the roof of my townhouse. I will definitely recommend Collins Commercial Services to all of my friends and family! I had a leaky drain pipe from my upstairs washing machine. Eric was able to cut through the downstairs ceiling and find the leaking pipe between the floor on his first attempt. He did an excellent job of repairing the damaged piping. I will definitely recommend Collins Commercial Services to all of my friends and family!

We had a problem with a toilet and the flushing system. Gerardo has been to our home many times before so it is reassuring for me when he answers the call... and answer he did! It wasn't just a faulty handle there was a problem with the primer cartridge. He unflappably diagnosed the issue and smiled at me... and then obtained the part installed it and cleaned up the site. He is an unflappable friendly, courteous professional and an asset to his company!

Collins was assigned to my home warranty plumbing service request. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. The technician, Chris, called when he was on his way. I explained the problem over the phone and he went and bought the tub diverter - even called me to double check he got the right color to match my shower trim (chrome) so that he had the right part when he arrived. Brian did an excellent job of repairing the leaking/broken pipes in my front yard. One of the best plumbing services I have had! Eric called and said he was on his way and would be there in 10 min. Even though I asked for a 30 minute call due to rush hour, etc., he immediately said I can wait for you or if you don't mind I will go to my next job and come back your way. I agreed but he was still able to come over within the time frame even after moving one person ahead! Super nice...asked questions...and went to work. He explained everything he was doing as I checked in on him from time to time to see if he needed anything. Less than an hour later, job finished, drain running well and life is better. Eric was super nice and left absolutely no mess behind! Bravo!

They set a time frame and Their plumber, Eric called ahead and was right on time. He showed me the issue and did a great job. Also when he was finished he left the area neat and as if he hadn't even been there!!

Erik B. Did a great job. The leak ended up being under 12 inches of concrete as opposed to the 4 to 7 inches the leak detector told us. He was on time and even came out on a Friday night at 9pm to diagnose the issue. Would highly reccomend.
