THIS IS NOT A COMMERCIAL!!

The 2 coldest days of the years and my furnace is not working right. Last night the temperature inside was very cold. I called  Sun at 7:30  and advised. Jamie said all the techs were out on jobs; but would try to get someone out  between 1 and 3. O boy! To my pleasant surprise,  Jennie called at 9 and said Tech Chris was on his way. Chris arrived shortly after, determined what the problem, did a temporary fix until a replacement part could be ordered and installed(in one week) All these folks were professional and courteous and came to the rescue of a very cold household.
