"It turned out really good. I didn't take the energy audit. What I really wanted was the square feet of insulation and they did that. They were happy to do that. I was happy. That was all I wanted them to do. It was pretty quick. The heating and cooling bills have been much better since they blew the insulation. Three men initially came and later, there were two. Everything was covered and they made sure they were to my satisfaction. It was done very good. There was nothing bad. It was a well done and well performed insulation. It was a very good deal."

They also did not have the flapper on hand for my toilet (Kohler) that was supposed to be included with the $29 tune up deal and said there would be $69 charge for that."
