"Our AC suddenly stopped working on a Thursday afternoon. We called ProSkill and we were able to get an appointment for Saturday. They did call and move the appointment earlier on Saturday due to a cancellation. The technician came and figured the problem out (short in the air handler motor) and since we had a Lennox system, the motor had to be ordered from a warehouse on Monday. We were supposed to receive a call on Monday morning for follow-up, but we did not. We then called later on Monday and we weren't able to get a straight answer on whether the motor had been picked up and when the technician might be able to come back. It took several calls to their call center through Tuesday afternoon in order to get a straight answer. We finally were able to get the new motor installed on a Wednesday, almost a week later. While I would use ProSkill for scheduled maintenance (we liked the technician), I think we would probably use a different company for a Lennox unit that is broken during the summer in Phoenix."
