After receiving quotes from 4 different contractors (2 large/2 small), Heath's Air was the best value by far. "We had a terrific experience with Marshall Insulation.  They provided us with a quote for the service, and even when they discovered that the old insulation was not exaclty what they had expected and would take them longer than anticipated to remove, they stuck by their quote.  They allowed us to separate the removal of our old insulation and their installation of the new insulation by a week so that we could have all of the wiring in the attic inspected before the new insulation was added.  When we experienced a potential problem (an issue with the alarm system) that we thought they might have caused, they agreed to pay for any necessary repairs.  The problem was not caused by their work.  They did not complain about having to work within the confines of an old house (built in 1936) and the issues that brings.  All in all, I would not hesitate recommending them to others, and in fact have already done so.

"The guy that showed up was informative but I was quoted $290 for a new fill valve (that they provide) or I could pay $212 for one that I provided. They also did not have the flapper on hand for my toilet (Kohler) that was supposed to be included with the $29 tune up deal and said there would be $69 charge for that."
