"It turned out really good. I didn't take the energy audit. What I really wanted was the square feet of insulation and they did that. They were happy to do that. I was happy. That was all I wanted them to do. It was pretty quick. The heating and cooling bills have been much better since they blew the insulation. Three men initially came and later, there were two. Everything was covered and they made sure they were to my satisfaction. It was done very good. There was nothing bad. It was a well done and well performed insulation. It was a very good deal."

They also did not have the flapper on hand for my toilet (Kohler) that was supposed to be included with the $29 tune up deal and said there would be $69 charge for that."

"The technician did a very thorough job, compared to another contractor that we had called previously for the same problem. He diagnosed a leak in the A/C unit and took the time to to find where the leak exactly was.  He then discussed options for fixing it. At my request, he refilled the unit with freon. Afterwards, he took measurements to check if the machine was performing correctly.  I especially appreciate that he showed me pictures to document the job he had done, including the meter indicating the amount of freon he put in. He applied a slight discount on the cost of the freon itself. He recommended purchasing a new A/C unit (ours is very old), but only in passing and in a very low pressure way. There was no sales pitch at all, and I appreciated that.  The only negative that I could found is punctuality: he arrive more than one hour late, and I had to call to check on him.
