"The technican came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable.   He didn't try to sell me on something unnecessary.  I asked him a bunch of questions about possibly buying a high efficiency expensive air conditioner and he talked to me about how it wouldn't really end up being cost effective for our type of house.  Since I told him we were tight on money, he showed me  in detail how to install a new thermostat myself and recommended various brands at Home Depot that he thought were quality brands.   In the end, even though it looked easy to install, I just thought it was good to get it done, so I had him do it.  He was very patient about everything and very good at explaining things.   I thought he was great and would use him again.    "
