ARMER CORP.

MY AC was out for three weeks and the company that the warranty company assigned me to did not know what they were doing. They wanted unsafe modifications made to my attic to get the unit in. After unbelievable frustration I was able to get the warranty company to switch me over to Armer. Within one week they installed my new system. No modifications were needed. They were all nice and communication was great. The two young men that installed did a great job and a month later, I have AC running. Thank you for coming in and making this happen!

With so many reputable companies to do business with I don't see any reason to repeat my misadventures with these folks.

It's been a while since I used them, over a year. There was nothing bad but I don't remember anything positive.

The serviceman was running late, but I was notified before the scheduled time.  He worked get the job done and when he didn't have the correct part, he went and got one.  Installed everything correctly and thoroughly.  Even though he was in a hurry off to his next appointment, answered few additional questions that I have had.  Would use again.

It was not as good as I would have liked. It was useless. I needed him to look at a drain. He put a hanger down my drain my drain and found some hair. He charged me way to much. He did two drains. I was very disappointed. He did do what he was supposed to. It took him five minutes to fix. He came out right away after I purchased the big deal. I would not use them again.

They came out a week ago and I spent $160 with him. They're very prompt, very fair, they explained everything, they're very professional and very clean. They did not make a mess or anything. We've had him back after that for several different problems.

Adam is extremely well versed in his trade and does a very good job.  He fixed a toilet that other plumbers said was unfixable.  He found my sewer outlets in front of the house.  He is my plumber of choice.

We found Amer with a Big Deal on Angies List.  The price was for maybe an hours worth of work.  They showed up on time, replaced the outdoor faucet (spigot?) which was leaking (spraying) really bad. They did something else for us (which I can't recall). 
Then my third request was to get his thoughts on what to do with a single lever shower control that had Hot and Cold backwards.  Hot was cold and cold was hot.  He looked at the age and model of shower level etc.  Then said yes he could take it apart.  It was probably a mixer valve (or something like) and try to flip the mixer it over.  However, given the age (<13yrs old) and hard water... chances are good that it may break in the process.  If it did break then that may cost a bit more.  So he'd be happy to do it of course, or if there aren't any other problem with it (no leaking etc.) then I might want to wait until the next time it needs to be worked on / replaced.  But it was my choice.
I appreciated his honesty and giving me options rather than just plowing forward and possibly running up the bill.  I think this shows some integrity, professionalism and caring about the customer. 
Great job Amer Corp.  Keep up the good work!  I will definitely use Amer Corp again.

It was fine. We have had no problems with them. We only worked with Adam; he is great. With regard to price, I think that they are reasonable.

It turned out very well! He came out immediately after I purchased the big deal. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He took time to explain to us what he was doing. We were satisfied with what he did. The toilet still works!
