"Experience was great, we just needed a checkup but received a great assessment on the condition. We also had a programmable thermostat for the large unit and replaced the capacitor. Would defiantly use the service again and recommend. It would be nice to drop the $40 service charged for going to Black Canyon City. We were informed of the surcharge when scheduling and I know your company must keep a service area but we are just 10 miles north of Anthem. Regardless we would still use your services in the future. During the. service we were informed of the capacitor on the larger unit,they also installed a programmable thermostat system for that same unit. Helen Graham"

You will get an honest assessment from Heath. He will not try to oversell or add in things that you don't need. After receiving quotes from 4 different contractors (2 large/2 small), Heath's Air was the best value by far. There was never any sales pressure and they answered every question I had before making my decision. I had a complete HVAC system replacement as my previous one was about 25 years old. "It turned out really good. I didn't take the energy audit. What I really wanted was the square feet of insulation and they did that. They were happy to do that. I was happy. That was all I wanted them to do. It was pretty quick. The heating and cooling bills have been much better since they blew the insulation. Three men initially came and later, there were two. Everything was covered and they made sure they were to my satisfaction. It was done very good. There was nothing bad. It was a well done and well performed insulation. It was a very good deal."

"Excellent work by an efficient and profession plumber. Bought the tap install through Angie list but was informed upon arrival that changing the turn offs was not included even though I had the taps and all the valves and lines. The up charge was another 120.00 to change valves and lines along with the taps. The outside hose tap cost another 80.00 to change out with me supplying the new tap. The plumber arrived and completed all the work in 45 minutes plus another 15 minutes for paperwork. Including the price I paid to Angie's List, this one hour job ended up costing over 250.00 for 1 hour labour as I supplied all the plumbing parts. The work was well done, but 250.00 an hour for a plumber is outrageous. Would not recommend them for this reason. Buyer beware that adding on extra work on an Angie list price is very expensive."

"John Noble first came by my house to do an evaluation of my existing HVAC system and give me a quote on a new one. He was professional and honest in his assessment and recommendation of what he would install. He also gave me a far better price than 2 other quotes I received. The team that came to install the unit was polite, professional, and worked hard to get the job done. They let me inspect the installation prior to leaving and were able to address all of my questions. They even installed a new Thermostat (that I had previously purchased) per my last minute request and they did it without hesitation. The unit has been installed for about 3 months now and we are extremely satisfied. Overall, a great experience.
