"Well, A/C is 10 years old, they did an inspection and evaluation. The capacitor was in need of replacement and was probably costing us in higher electric bills. Also they installed a programmable thermostat for us. We were very pleased."

THIS IS NOT A COMMERCIAL!!

The 2 coldest days of the years and my furnace is not working right. Last night the temperature inside was very cold. I called  Sun at 7:30  and advised. Jamie said all the techs were out on jobs; but would try to get someone out  between 1 and 3. O boy! To my pleasant surprise,  Jennie called at 9 and said Tech Chris was on his way. Chris arrived shortly after, determined what the problem, did a temporary fix until a replacement part could be ordered and installed(in one week) All these folks were professional and courteous and came to the rescue of a very cold household. "We had a terrific experience with Marshall Insulation.  They provided us with a quote for the service, and even when they discovered that the old insulation was not exaclty what they had expected and would take them longer than anticipated to remove, they stuck by their quote.  They allowed us to separate the removal of our old insulation and their installation of the new insulation by a week so that we could have all of the wiring in the attic inspected before the new insulation was added.  When we experienced a potential problem (an issue with the alarm system) that we thought they might have caused, they agreed to pay for any necessary repairs.  The problem was not caused by their work.  They did not complain about having to work within the confines of an old house (built in 1936) and the issues that brings.  All in all, I would not hesitate recommending them to others, and in fact have already done so.

In addition, the water heater was nearing its end of life. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He worked within my time frame on consecutive days.
