I had a lot of carpentry repairs needed on the fascia, under the chimney cap, on the covered porch, around doors and windows; the house was a bit of a mess. But they got it all, and the covered porch trim looks amazing. I upgraded the paint to Sherwin Williams Emerald for the trim and requested two applications of S.W. Duration on the southern-facing siding. Now, everything looks great!

The job started on schedule and the crew arrived on time daily. Each member of the crew was courteous and hard-working. The work was meticulous. The foreman made a special effort to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Even after discovering and replacing bad posts and decking the job was completed on time. From the start the communication was excellent. We interviewed a lot of painting companies and from the start Marcelo was on point. The team was great, work hard, made adjustments when requested and overall did a perfect job . Could not be happier?. My daughter convinced me to explore the reviews on any of the several websites as this one. I’m so glad I did. I found Fillo Painting who already had dozens of 5 star reviews. Well, they got them for a reason. Edelson and his crew did a wonderful job on the house exterior. Jeff talked me into painting the siding as well as the trim. Glad I did, as it looks stunning. This crew was comprised of people pleasers. I picked the wrong color for the door, they changed the color with not even a hiccup. After each of the two days, they cleaned up. Sorry, I wanted to keep this short, but I can’t help myself.

Jay came for an estimate about rebuilding a deck. He was very thorough and helpful and answered all questions, and made some useful suggestions. He offered to draw a plan for the deck-to-be, and to obtain the building permit. Of note, this follows a one year on-and-off discussion about that deck, and during all that time Jay was very helpful and patient.

I need to get the steps in my townhouse refinished and called several companies that were extremely overpriced. I reached out to Fillo and within a day they had my quote and a detailed description on how they would complete my job. The job took 3 days (36 steps) and the finish was amazing. Fillo has one of the best flooring guys in metro Atlanta.

Overall, I was very impressed by their professionalism and the quality of the work they did. Joe Ariza was my primary contact and the supervisor. I was very impressed by his responsiveness and communication throughout the duration of the project. It’s not always easy to find that nowadays. The project took a lot longer than we anticipated. That was probably the only downside. I also love the fact that the company was flexible enough to negotiate a labor only price of $7000 for the deck extension [21’ x 14’] . They gave us the choice to use the hardware store of our choice [Home Depot] I would definitely consider using them again for an appropriate project

I had Fillo Painting & Exteriors paint the entire exterior of my house several months ago using Sherwin Williams' 10 year paint and I've been pleased by the result. Their office staff and workers were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They took extra care not to damage the Japanese Maple trees that my wife and spend extra time caring for (they covered them with light plastic sheets). Fillo's price was competitive and I know we'll call them back to refresh our interior spaces eventually.

I highly recommend this company to do any repairs or replacement of rotten wood and especially paint your entire house. The group of men that came out to repair, replace the rotten wood all around the house and painted the entire house which is two levels were fantastic! Even under the rain it didn't stop them from completing the work as they stated in one week even Saturday they came out for the final touch ups and to ensure nothing was left out of place and all the garbage and debris was picked up and the entire place cleaned. They were very family oriented, friendly and very respectful.
