Terrific. Bill is a pleasant man who is meticulous in his work. He took his time and made sure everything was working properly and to my satisfaction. My old door works like new! He explained how to maintain it, a vacuum once in a while and no oily lubricants ever. I am very happy with his work. He charged the quoted price which was really reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Bill Arbuckle came when he said he would, he was professional and kind, and he changed my door's rollers to bigger ones and added a strip of stainless steel to the bottom panel of my sliding door, which was aluminum and was pitted from use. Now my door opens and closes so smoothly I had to put a little sticker on the glass telling everyone not to slam it. Thank you so much for your excellent work!

Awesome service! Bill arrived on time and went right to work. Our sliding door is probably 25 plus years old. It is old and heavy and still had what appeared to be the original rollers. It would barely open. Bill methodically removed each panel and modified the door so that he could install new, heavy duty rollers with ball bearings. The result is a sliding door that can be opened and closed using your pinky finger. Bill is a great guy who does professional work. Best money we've spent on this house since we moved in. Bill Arbuckle (Arcadia Door Repair) put new rollers on a door in my home in December, 2018. Unfortunately, as I used the door I noticed that metal shavings were appearing in the track. I contacted Bill and he immediately responded indicating that he would come out the next week and fix the problem. Bill subsequently arrived at my home as promised and determined that the track itself was deteriorating and needed to be replaced. He removed portions of the door and installed a new upgraded track and new rollers. This new track was the perfect solution and the door slides easily and no metal shavings have reappeared. Bill only charged me a nominal amount to do the work since he had been here before which I thought was quite fair. As before, I think Bill is an expert at arcadia door repair and a true craftsman who stands behind the quality of his work. I highly recommend Bill (Arcadia Door Repair) and would enthusiastically use him again in the future should the need arise.

Great, Bill kept going like the energizer bunny. It took three hours but worth every penny that he charged, in fact paid what I thought he deserved, more than the bill. I would recommend Bill at Arcadia Door for all repairs.

Called and spoke to Bill. Set up a date and time. He is punctual, professional, and personable. My patio door is 18 years old and takes a struggle just to slide it open. When Bill was finished that door slid better than brand new. You will like him and you will love his work. Worth every penny.

One of our arcadia doors would barely open and definitely needed attention. Bill replaced the rollers with some that were more heavy-duty, and it now absolutely glides open/closed. He did an excellent job, was extremely professional, and is a very nice guy. His charges were very reasonable too. We were so impressed by his service that we arranged for him to come back and fix another door! Highly recommend!

Ours was an older door and so it was a challenge. He worked on it for over 2 hours to 2.5 hours and charged us $170 including parts and labor. It now works just great. I honestly thought we would have to just buy a new door, but Bill stayed with it and totally revamped it. It was money well spent because it is basically a nice insulated door.

Bill was on time (actually, he was a little early). One sliding glass door was sluggish, the other one wouldn't move. Bill removed them, replaced rollers. Then we found out the header above the doors was sagging in the middle, affecting the movement of the doors. The middle of the header was 1/4 inch lower than the sides. Bill took one of the doors off again and found a way to modify the door so that it would slide easier across that uneven track.

Bill arrived on time, did a marvelous job, cleaned up every speck of dirt, was friendly and very professional. Very reasonable fee. It's like I have a new door. I will call him without hesitation in the future if any similar need arises.

Bill evaluated the door. He took it off and replaced the old rollers with dual rollers and put it all back together. He was in and out in about 2 hours. The doors now operate very easy and smooth! FYI: There was a 5% off coupon from Angie's list but Bill didn't authorize it so he would not honor it.

Our sliding glass door opens so easily and quietly now. I can open it with my pinkie finger. Bill is the best! He shows up on time and is very personable. He cleans up his work area very thoroughly. We will definitely use him in the future and recommend him highly to friends.

We are beyond pleased with the service and quality of work! Our sliding glass door was in really bad shape after years of neglect from the previous homeowner. It would barely open. We called Bill with Arcadia Door Repair for an estimate. Bill returned our call promptly, gave us an estimate over the phone, and scheduled the appointment for 2 days later. He showed up right on time, did quick work (always nice when it's a door that needs repair in 100+ degree temperatures), and made our slider roll like new. The track was cleaned, rollers replaced (with upgraded rollers), and slider and screen were adjusted - the slider can now easily be opened with one finger. It's amazing. All of this at $40 less than the other estimates we received. Bill is friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. An excellent experience all around with top-shelf workmanship!

Bill is a professional and knowledgable man. He was punctual and pleasant and informed me what he was about to do. I am pleased with the results, the door now runs smoothly and is quiet.

There was broken wire in the top that was preventing the door from shutting all the way. He gave me a approximate time when he was arriving and also called before leaving. He was professional and pleasant. I felt very comfortable while having him in my home. He recommended something for me that would need to be done in the future but not today. I appreciated that because I am now able to plan ahead for that. He did not pressure me into purchasing that today. I will be using him in the future for that project and I will also refer him to all of my friends.

He arrived at the scheduled time and promptly got to work repairing the difficult door.  He cleaned and repaired the track and added double wheels to the door.  He was courteous and kept the work area clean and neat.  The door works better then it did when it was new.  Very pleased with his work and professionalism.
