Patio roof that he installed is still leaking. Jose is very unreliable. Constantly never on time or many times just never shows up. He gave me a 5 year warranty on the patio roof, but Now I'm unable to even call him as his phone now says unable to receive call. He even called me one day asking to borrow $200.00 so he could pay his people. Then I found out he was also arrested and in jail. Then he confided that he is behind on his child support payment as well. Why share that info. I'm sorry that I hired this guy. He really turned out to be a flake and his patio work was subpar. The 5 years warranty is useless.
