My husband and I own seven vacation rentals in Eureka Springs, and every time we’ve been in a bind, Eastburn Heating And Air has gone above and beyond to take care of us. They are truly the most wonderful company we’ve ever encountered. The customer service is simply unmatched. We will absolutely never take our business anywhere else!

Purchased a unit from them, but they wouldn’t service it when it quit. Had to get another service to repair it. Turns out the unit was poorly installed.

Can't get the part right. Didn't put the part in right. Overall get someone else. Even if you have to call into Rogers or Harrison area.
