P&D HVAC

This is a review I hate to write. Iâ  ve had the pleasure of working with P&D since 2020. Recently Iâ  ve had problems with my air conditioning unit which have become baffling and has required numerous service calls. That isnâ  t the issue for which I write this. The issue is with the person who answers their phones. After the first time, I dreaded making the call. I was treated like I was responsible for my a/c not working and that I must be doing something wrong. But I let that go initially because David and especially Zach have been wonderful to work with. However, the last time I called, the phone person made it clear she was annoyed even speaking with me and insisted it was my thermostat that needed to be replaced (for the upteenth time). But then she said I have cats and that she couldnâ  t possible let a serviceman come out because they are all deathly allergic to cats and they wouldnâ  t even be able to enter the house without fear of having an attack that would send them to the hospital. That was the last straw for me. Funny how four years ago P&D installed a new a/c unit in the building where the cats are (I run a small rescue). I have had to find another company to work with and the a/c unit will be replaced because the compressor seized. It wasnâ  t the thermostatâ  and knew it never was. I would have continued to work with P&D and Iâ  m really sad about all this because they are a good company and their service people are great. But I must be the only person in NWA that has cats.

David came out after hours when our unit went down! What an awesome and professional technician. He found our problem, replaced faulty parts and the bill was less than expected. Very trustworthy and we have found our forever HVAC company. Thanks again. Mike

They did a great job finding, diagnosing, and remedying the problem. Luckily, I avoided a full system replacement because they took the time to find the (well hidden) issue and were honest about the situation. I highly recommend these guys, very professional and highly experienced.

They arrived quickly. Figured out the problem quickly and called in the parts needed to fix it. Immediately got the parts and had the AC running again before the midday heat arrived. Will definitely use again.
