Job site manage stopped by house later that night to make sure everything went well. That evening Owner Kinty Jones messaged me to make sure System was up and working and if anything else he could help with. You Can Not get better Customer Service than that. "Overall, the experience was positive. The techs quickly and efficiently located and resolved my issue (the pool pump timer was bad, and the voltage output was non existent to the pump). I asked, however, for a price prior to performing the work and was not given one. I went inside to grab my husband and when I got back out(less than 5 minutes later) the work was done and they were discussing pricing amongst themselves so it appears there was some grey area on pricing. Overall, they were friendly, fixed the problem, and were much appreciated- but pricing transparency should be worked on."
