I called several times after three months to get an update but got zero response. Left messages and sent emails with no response. I finally got through to the national number by selecting the option to book an appointment for a sales call. I was redirected to the service department, and the rep said someone would call me back. Again, no response. They already charged me for the windows; otherwise, I would cancel the order."

His estimate was reasonable, clear and concise and he never tried to upsell or add to what we wanted. He gave an honest opinion and recommendation of the work to be done, the timeframe, and the cost, along with possible alternatives that would best suit us. The time he spent with us that day and his willingness to listen and answer all our questions made us feel very confident that finally, we had an answer to our prayers! We started out with a fairly small project and after seeing firsthand how Brandon and his crew handled everything, we felt confident to add to our list.
