All were replaced as estimated. Cleanup could have been a little better - one partial post and concrete were left behind as well as some scrap 4x4s.

Everything went fine. they were just a little late putting the fence back up.

We were most impressed with every aspect of this company, from the first telephone conversation I had with the owner, Jim, to the on-site walk-through and bidding process with Joe, and right through to the finished installation. Everyone on the team was extremely professional, polite, and considerate, and they seemed to go out of their way to accommodate us. The fences look terrific, and seem to be of first-rate quality. We will certainly recommend them to our friends and neighbors, and will use them in the future if the need arises. We are grateful for the excellent work! 

The fencing itself is quality material and the construction is solid. They did not show up at the appointment time. I had some issues with the mess they made and left in my yard and my neighbor's yard. Pieces of the old fence and gate were all over the yard, some with nails sticking out. A brick edging around river rock was displaced for construction and not put back in place at the end of the job. Also, they did not follow the original design for the placement of one gate. They left old fence and gate posts in the ground. Due to the design change this made trip hazards in front of the new gate opening. My husband had to dig these up and fill the holes with dirt. We had just spent $5,000 in landscaping and had to have the landscapers back out for a couple of hours of work, in addition to the several hours of clean up we did. I would recommend you do fencing first and landscaping second if you are doing both. These guys do not clean up the mess they make.

Good communication, arrived promptly and performed work as promised, cleaned up well after installation, no surprises from initial estimate.

Initially I took bids from four fencing companies to remove fencing on two sides of my yard and to build new fencing in its place. Two of the bids were for the same amount of $14.50/ft, another was for $15.95/ft, and the last was for $16.37/ft. All were for the exact same work. The thing that made me pick Legacy Fencing was that they were very punctual with answering my questions and that they are a local business in Conway. Since sales taxes are involved, I like to pay them to the city in which I reside.
The previous year I had one of the other companies install all of the gates on the front side of my property. This was two single gates and one double gate. That company left a mess after finishing, the worse of which was old fence posts broken off at the surface with pieces of wood sticking up about 6". Also, I had paid that company to use ring shank nails and yet when they showed up to do the work they didn't bring any with them and they tried to talk me into staples, which I refused. This is one reason that this company was not selected, even though they have a very prominent name in central Arkansas.
When Legacy removed the old fencing, they pulled the old posts out of the ground rather than breaking them off at the surface. One thing that really pleased me  is that they use ONLY ring shank nails, for which some other companies charge extra. Legacy came on June 4th to remove the old fencing and to put the new posts into the ground, using a full bag of concrete for each post. On June 5th they came and installed the cross pieces and the pickets. Everything went extremely smoothly and they left no mess at all. I was very pleased with everything that Legacy Fencing did!

Everything went very smoothly with each aspect of dealing with Legacy Fencing Inc. Their bid price was exactly what the final cost was, there were no surprises there. They came to my house on the appointed day, a Tuesday, and finished on Thursday. Here are some of the things I liked about them:

• Cost was as quoted on the bid.
• They use ring shank nails, not staples.
• They remove old wooden posts and the concrete that held them in place.
• They let the concrete on the new fence cure for two days before putting up the rest of the fence.
• They were either the same price or cheaper than the other three competitors which I contacted.

Would recommend Legacy Fence. Cost for, 4ft,steel,black, 20 yr paint warranty, 2gates,2 childproof magna locks -5,200.00. Took 4 bids. Legacy best quality, service for cost.

Although I opted to have Legacy remove my entire existing fence, they were willing to work with me on providing quotes for all or partial removal (posts only), which other providers were not willing to do.   They started the work a couple of weeks later than originally quoted (in fairness, there were weather issues), but completed the work in the estimated time once they started.   Legacy produced a good-looking fence in rocky and sloping terrain.   I am pleased with the materials used (including ring shank nails), the post embedment they achieved, and the final results.  They cleaned up the yard of debris and materials very well.

They are on time and professional. They do the work and you would never know they were there. They don't leave a mess and everything was perfect. The service was good.
