"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. "Paul came to diagnose the problem and he charged a 60.00 cash only service fee. He told me that it was a valve that needed to be replaced and it would cost 160.00$ cash! I gave him the go ahead. He came back a couple of days later and replaced the part. It was not working after the part was replaced. He told me to run 3 gallons of water through to get the air out. I did everything he told me to do and it still does not work properly. He told me to let him know if it didn’t start working that he would give me a refund. I have texted him many times, and given him many opportunities to return the money. He still hasn’t returned the money. Very disappointed! I would not recommend his services."
