found a number of wires exposed due to rodent issues. had to rerun the wire to the light switches, which they did, but they left the cover off the electrical panel box and took the screws with them. When called about the panel box, wanted to charge another service charge to fix their issue, by putting the cover back on the panel box.

I had several emails with Daniel up to 9-10pm to get detail and pricing to install an exterior outlet from a established indoor garage outlet. My purpose for the exterior outlet is for landscape lighting. We settled on a fair price with discount and a date. Brian and Mason showed up on time, installed the outlet within an hour and clean up. Absolutely professional. Brian promised to come back to switch the cover because what I need is a cover that allows the plug to be on 24/7. Would definitely call on them again Addendum to my June 4, 2019 review of Webster Electric : When I woke up this morning 6 am June 5, 2019 I saw that the face plate of the exterior electrical outlet that they installed has been change (see attached picture). How cool is that when you do what you said you will do on the same day. This new face plate will allow the electrical plug to be on 24/7 because there is a notch or space that the cord could pass through without lifting the cover plate.

Got the company's name from my sister in Gulf Breeze called and set up appointment for December 29th when I returned to Pensacola after Christmas! Chandler and Mason came out and checked ever electrical area and the outside wiring to be assured everything up to date; all was and just thrilled with their work and having USAA Insurance to replace my stove; dishwasher and clothes washer!! What an awesome small family business and Donna who works in the office is so understanding and nice!! Great Business to work with and to use in any area to help you out!!

I called mid-day on a Friday after having an appliance repair person inspect our dryer. It was determined that we didn't have enough power coming in to our dryer to get the heating element to work. So we didn't have an emergency - more of an inconvenience. Initially I was told that they would be a couple days to get out, but the dispatcher said she'd check with the technicians. She called back quickly and said they would be able to make it out same day to at least take care of our biggest concern - the dryer - and could come back out if needed for the other repairs. John and Robert arrived mid-afternoon and were quick to repair the issue with the dryer. They then asked about all the other issues I had mentioned and looked into everything, fixed what needed to be fixed, and gave advice on several things I had concerns about from previous work that had been completed by another company. I asked how many more jobs they had that day, and they mentioned this was their last. They could have easily left after fixing the main issue, but instead took the time to make sure everything was in good shape and that all my concerns had been addressed. I won't even call another company next time we need help in the electrical department. Excellent all-around!
