"I am sorry you seem to think that our business thrives on cheating people out of money however that is not our business practices as you can see from the hundreds of other people who seem to love us. Two weeks ago we came to your house because your dryer was not running at all. It ran for two weeks and then stopped heating which is completely different issue than the first time. As we explained it looked like someone had spilled something down the back of your dryer and you said it was one of your kids. We would never replace a thermal kit (which is for heating) when we come out to your hone for a dryer not running at all. We come out and assess a problem and fix it. But what you are suggesting is we replace parts that don’t need to be replaced at that time. We can not assume that a part will become bad in one or two weeks. I will never replace parts on an appliance that don’t need to be replaced at that time. I wish they had a timor on them to tell me how long before they go out but they do not. I would have been more than happy to try and rectify this problem however it seems as if that’s is not what you want you just want to slander my name by your google review, Angie’s list review, BBB review and your phone call to yell at us, hang up and not let us respond. "Yes ma’am we did put in a new ice maker but unfortunately that has nothing to do with ice not coming out of the dispenser. Those are 2 completely different problems. However we couldn’t know about the dispenser not working bc when we originally came u had no ice. I’m sorry u wouldn’t hire us again. Have a blessed day."
"Yes ma'am we did come to your home and assessed the dishwasher. The whole hour we were at your home the dw never leaked. You said your son had replaced parts and were upset with us because we couldn't figure out what parts your son had replaced. But if the dishwasher never leaks while we are there we as a company would never start just replacing parts. At that point you became argumentive so we collected our service fee which is collected whether we go any further or not. As you can see from our almost perfect score we don't usually have problems with our customers and am sorry you felt cheated."
