Very happy, been looking for a new plumber for several years since my old plumber retired. This was a very routine job for a plumber, just reinstall a toilet which another plumber had removed, but said he could not get it level without using a large shim, said i had to get somebody to level the floor. Well i disagreed and that was it. Called Kessler, got a next day appointment with Mike who was 20 minutes early and was out the door 45 minutes later. I think I'm going to like these guys

About 10 days ago we called them, Jimmy came the next day. We had an uneasy feeling when he came in. The master bath toilet was running, and the kitchen sink was leaking from the bottom of the sink onto the counter. He worked on it and told us to let it set for a bit. It's one of the double sided sinks and the faucet swings left and right. The faucet wouldn't budge after he left. The provider was already paid for the job. The toilet also wasn't flushing hard like it used to. I tried to get a hold of the guy but he wasn't picking up. I tried a few days later and the office put me on a three way with the boss. He is accusing me that I created the issues, not him. I asked for someone to come out to fix it. Jimmy came yesterday and was at our kitchen sink for about two hours. When I called them back yesterday after he left, I got the guy at the office that I had spoken to before. He insisted that I had messed with it and caused those problems. I asked for another person to come out again and look for it, and they said they would have to charge me to come back out again to look at it. He was very nasty over the phone.

"We did the best we could to repair your aged faucet. We stopped the leak but had to tighten harder to seal. The spout would move but was hard. We recommended a new faucet before we worked on existing one. After you called us we recommended again to get a new faucet. You didn’t want that so Jimmy tried his best to get your faucet back to normal and didn’t charge for his time. You need a new faucet. Calling me every name in the book and cussing the way you did I never once was nasty you. To you and any one else that would treat a person like that over a faucet please take your business elsewhere."

I contacted Kessler Plumbing in the morning and had a tech named Jimmy at the house by noon. He was fantastic, communicated with us at all times, and did remarkable, clean, professional work. He was extraordinarily helpful and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Called Kessler this morning and they said they would call me today when they were 30 to 20 minutes away from the house. I only found out about the leak this Saturday and I have to leave town tomorrow so it was great that Kessler could do the work today. Tyrone, the technician, was friendly, professional, thorough and on time, I appreciated the fact that he was able to come today, New Year's Eve, while others could not.

Very good job. They even came back of a follow up call to reroute a pipe for me. I liked that in the laundry area they used ball valves for the water shut off instead of twist valves. The only recomendation I would give if looking at having new pipes placed in house that foam or weather stripping be placed around the pipes in the attic due to the pipes freezing.

Gregg and Nick were great to work with. Honest, fair, professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend and hire again. In and out in a few hours, cleaned up after themselves and walked us through everything we'd need to know about our new hardware. Chose Kessler after getting quotes and meeting four other local providers.

One of his plumbers came out and sniffed around but smell was not there then. Said it might be trap in sink but never took apart to check just told me I should have them do smoke test for additional money. I got charged $108.00 for nothing. Sent email to company about it with no response. After the smell being off and on for two months and gagging me when I went in the bathroom, the smell is in the sink all the time and my bathroom smells like a sewer. Emailed them again about problem and again no response. Now I have to find another plumber to fix the problem they should have and pay them to fix it!

"Never received any email and for 2 months you never said anything. The technicians name was John was the tech and a wonderful tech. He passed away in February at the age of forty. Leaving behind 6 children including a four year old daughter. Maybe if you actually tried to contact us we would have helped you. Honesty is the best policy. Not having a problem for two months is a long time. You also failed to mention we were there for a hose bib replacement but told us no because you didn't want your drywall cut open. As for the smell we gave you an option to look futrther and you turned that down as well. So be mad at yourself not at us."

Called Kessler Plumbing and left a message, received a call-back within 20 minutes. John (the plumber), said he would be available around 4PM and would call ½ hour before arriving. John called about 3:30 and arrived about 20 minutes later. John removed water and soil necessary to access the main line, removed the damaged piping and replaced fittings and a length of pipe to complete the repair. He was quick, clean (a little muddy from digging) and done. Just the way things should be done, no fanfare, no excuses, just a completed job. I WOULD use again.

One of the best service experiences we’ve encountered. The service call was scheduled within 48 hours of my initial inquiry. Our technician called 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Work was done in a clean, timely and efficient manner. An extra trip back to the shop was required to obtain a new gas feed line as the one we had was missing a fitting. We were only charged a very nominal $10.00 for the line and the extra time. I was expecting a much higher fee. Nick was our technician and was as polite and professional as any one would hope for. First class company.

Perfect, arrived ahead of schedule. Technician was very polite and efficient during entire process. Cleaned up work area and inspected operation. He explained pricing and was glad to accept my Angie's List discount when completed. Would highly recommend.
