Initially started out very well. Our washer wasn't draining out the water from the tub. They were quickly responsive, courteous, and said the problem probably was a pump, since there were no blockages found upon inspection. They said they couldn't guarantee it was the pump, but that it was the most likely culprit, and less expensive than the alternatives. This sounded fair and reasonable, and they returned to replace the pump in short order. They said if the problem continued, the source would be one of two electronic parts.
Unfortunately, the problem persisted and we called them. They said it would be hard to determine which of the electronic parts needed replacing unless they knew what lights, sounds, cycle patterns were occurring. No problem for us-that makes sense-so we watched and documented what exactly went on. Then we called them, told them, and they said that it let them know which electronic part needed replacing and they would order it.
Now, the bad part...we never heard from them again. We called once a week for three weeks-only got an answering machine-and left messages asking what the progress was. Never received a call back. We called again and asked them to please let us know if they were ever coming or if they couldn't get the part or if they were not interested in doing the job. No response.
Given their excellent ratings, our very satisfactory use of them a number of years ago, and their initial prompt and courteous response, we were very surprised at this outcome, and sorry to have to report what happened.Licensing
