The serviceman was on time, very friendly, professional. We have no complaints and have recommended them to others in the area who have needed appliance repair and we will call them again in the future.

John came out because the dishwasher was leaking, he worked on it and found the door had been bent, and the jets plugged. He the proceeded to re-level the door and clean the jets. He said the dishwasher would be almost as good as new and to call for further problems. He is always very respectful and courteous, its nice to know that there are still people like he and Lynda in business. Thank you for all the years of service to this family

We couldn't be happier with the service Lynda and John provided. We have already referred people to them face to face and do so here without hesitation. Their service call and parts was only $15 more than I what I would have paid for the parts. Amazing. They are coming back to repair the timer in our 20 year double oven - John found someone to rebuild the control board - it has been looked at by 3 other repair services who said it couldn't be fixed.

Lynda is very good. She is excellent. She is good with different appliances. She had surgery and the guy that took care of her repairs while she was gone, came and repaired our dishwasher. She did pick out a responsible and good repair person to fill in for her while she was out. I would highly recommend her. The dishwasher repair worked and my oven has been working since she fixed it. I would say she is good enough to recommend and when she fixes something it stays fixed. She can fix anything. She is amazing. Her prices are extremely reasonable. If you leave a message, she gets right back. I call her for everything.

I have called on Lynda several times over the past 20 years or so. She has always been great. Prompt, friendly, fixes the problem at a fair price and lets you know if it makes more sense to replace rather than repair. This service call was for my washing machine. This was the first time John provided service rather than Lynda and he was great. Called me to let me know that he'd had a cancelled appointment and could make it a day early. Problem was fixed quickly and I was relieved to be able to tame the laundry pile again.

John worked on my dishwasher. He did a great job. It was not an easy fix. He stuck with it until he got to the bottom of the problem. I have already called him back to work on my washing machine. Will always use this company for my appliance needs.
