While Justin primarily does roofing, he can do lots of other jobs. He and all of his crew were very courteous and polite as well as professional. We were all very impressed with their work

He came by to see the work, went and found some prices for us for a new door, and called to give a full estimate including the door. We had a last minute change in plans but Tommy just rolled with it. We bought our own door at Home Depot which Tommy picked up and brought to the job site on day one. Knowing they would not finish the work in one day he strategically left most of the wall in order to leave the house secure over night, then returned and completed the job the next day. The section of the house where the work was done was built in the 70's and while there were complications Tommy and his crew were more than up for the task. Upon completion Tommy pointed out that there was quite a big step down from the house to the patio area and offered to build us a step that would nicely add to the look of the new door. This was great, but the new step required modifications to our gutter system as it would go across one of the drains. Tommy fixed that as well, with no change to the agreed upon price. We love our new patio door, and already have Tommy scheduled for more work around the house

- A PLUS SEAMLESS GUTTERSI asked Steve to remove and reinstall new gutters on a new build. The first gutter system was done inappropriately. He explained in detail what was wrong and what he would do to fix the problem. In the process of installing the new gutters, he found the roof to have other issue with the installation. On his own effort, he called the manufacture to determine what could be done and how to solve the problems created by the original roofer. Through this process, the manufacture seemed to be less than helpful not wanting to come look at the project to verify any problems. Steve still has continued to help me resolve the roof issue when he has had no invested interest. Steve believes and stands by his gutters and work. If there is a problem, he fixes it and doesn’t blow you off. He is a person of his word and goes beyond is contracted job to protect the consumer. Concerning others comments on price. Steve’s price was the same as the original contractor’s gutters price. Thus, I would not say he is more expensive than the few other companies in the area that do gutters. He is experienced, does what he says, and backs his work. My experience with Steve was excellent and I would highly recommend his company

"Overall I am pleased with this provider. The covers installed appear to be solid and (pending a testing rainstorm) likely to provide the desired functionality. The installers were professional and competent, although neither spoke English very well so communication when questions arose was difficult. This became an issue when I had to ask them about the gutter cleaning they were supposed to be doing. I knew one gutter had a plug in the top of the downspout and wanted that to be cleared, as a good gutter cleaning ought to, and I still suspect they didn't (waiting for rain to know for sure). The only other shortfall was a section of downspout that wasn't installed as agreed. I contacted the sales agent who referred me to customer service. I'll call customer service in the morning and see how they respond. It would have been better if the customer service agent had volunteered to make sure things were fixed (I sent him a picture of the discrepancy), but he didn't. Had he done so, or the discrepancy hadn't been left, I would have rated an A.

"We had a pretty bad experience. The crew didn't show up on the scheduled day. It was a Sunday and they allegedly got stuck at another job but neglected to call me, and the main offices were closed so I couldn't get ahold of anyone. Rescheduled for a week or so later. Work was adequate, but not great, and done in a day. There were several mistakes so I had to have a customer service guy come out and fix them. One was big enough that we had to schedule for a crew to come back. Well they didn't show that day either! This was allegedly from a scheduling error. The main office sent us a $50 check to compensate. The final fix was eventually completed. The whole process was drawn out over months. Also beware that the windows are really thick. Inside hung blinds likely won't fit anymore, and the salesman certainly won't mention that.
