After 1 year of service lawn severely deteriorated, pre- emergent control poor, as compared to 10 years of service from another company I had used, who sold to them. Poor technicians doing poor quality work with poor quality chemicals.

I have not had an issue with them. They are very professional and very nice.

I have been satisfied with their service.  They replaced Cook's because they gave me a better price.

The last service performed was lawn weed control and fertilization. The weeds are dying and the grass looks much greener.

They do pest control and lawn care. It’s such a one big company and does a lot of different things. We have a monthly service. The staff is very friendly. They were very prompt.

Have used Wayne's for 2 years & have been very pleased with the job they have done. Our lawn has never looked better.

My weeds were out of control until I hired them. Within only a couple of treatments, my lawn was looking great and weed free. Since weeds are growing wildly out of control, I don't have to mow as often saving time and money.

I was hoping to get a lush green lawn with weeds removed and out of sight.
After giving the service to Waynes I have waited for over a year and half and still have not seen much results with improving lawn.
While the treatments were done regularly and the amount from bank deducted monthly, I did not see any difference in my lawn.
I have decided to cancel their service and proceed with another agency.

They cut the neighbors yard and we see them all the time. They do satisfactory work and they are prompt. There are some things they could do better like they are supposed to take care of the weeds and shrubbery. They don't do a good job on that. I think I couldn't get anybody who would do a better job.

We inherited our Waynes termite contract when we bought our house. So far, the service has not been impressive. Waynes is disorganized. Waynes billed us for termite service without first sending someone to inspect our home. When we called Waynes to ask when they would actually inspect our home, they did not have an answer. We half wondered if they would have sent someone without us prompting them to. But eventually, they did send someone, as required by the contract; the visit was good and bad. Worse than a cable company, Waynes did not give us a 2-hour window of time when the inspector would come. They just said the inspector would come in the morning or afternoon. When the inspector came, he was nice and professional. But halfway through his visit a representative from the Waynes office called to say that the person who was supposed to inspect our home had quit and that they would have to reschedule. We wondered who the person then inspecting our crawlspace was supposed to be. But it was just a mixup on their end. Being disorganized, the right hand didn't know what the left was doing.

They do a decent job, and a couple of times I have had to ask them to come back, because the weeds are still rampant, and they will come back. The first time the pest control guy came, he rang the door bell, and my 3 dogs ran out to see what was going on, and I found him on top of my car. I have 2 that are 100 pounds and one that is 10 pounds, and the 10 pound one was the one barking at him.
